    I am struggling as well to pair the watch with phone it’s says pairing failed over an over again .. so annoyed and disappointed

    Hi Tissot Team,
    I bought a brand new T-touch connect solar at the Christ Showroom, i tried my self also the ladies at the store tried to help me to connect with the Pixel 7pro (Android) but no luck at all.

    I recently bought one after multiple attempts I can't get the watch to connect to my iPhone

    This watch does what it wants. It is constantly disconnecting & now I can't even set it up again. This was a waste of money for a watch that only shows time.

    I have one of those and I love it. Nevertheless, the app is still unavailable in my country and Latin America.

    Has anyone actually got this connected? And if so how I’ve had mines for months spoke to tissot customer service and it still won’t connect to my iPhone.

      @@TISSOT in the four months I’ve had it I’ve not been able to connect it to my iPhone trying all different combinations of connecting it up. So I’ve decided I’m going to taking it to an authorised tissot shop in uk Maidstone maybe this weekend to see if they can do it or send it in as faulty?

    How do u show this steps counted for the previous months or whole year? Can only see current month ...

      Hi Sam, when opening your step historic, it will indeed show you the current month. If you swipe directly on the calendar you can have the previous months. If you have any other question let us know, Tissot team

      @@alexgurule Try updating the firmware, last time i changed my phone this worked in automatic, or enter the Swiss time zone, this worked for me the first time pairing it.

      I just bought the phone, I cannot get into at all , or manually. Looks locked. Read instructions and don't work. Was anyone able to help you or did u just figure out?

      @@alexgurule first time i did my own research and find out the problem was the time zone, second time the T-Connect app made all itself.

    How do I set sleep mode?

      Hi, thank you for your message.
      You first need to go in T-Touch function, then scroll down until settings. You validate with the crown and then scroll to system. Once you validate, you scroll down to energy savings and you will find the sleep mode there.

      @@TISSOT thank you. I only now realized that the sleep mode is more like an energy saving function. Not like on the Apple Watch that tracks sleep. I was thinking the function tracks my sleep 💤 that would be cool.

    #tissotcrap....if you experience connection issues.....DO NOT BUY.....no matter what you do the issues will persist and reappear every 2 weeks tops.....chinese crap in a tissot packaging
