  • the watch has given me problems after a few days of use: it does not charge in sunlight, it does not connect to the phone anymore, and the battery discharges in a matter of days. Let's see what happens

    Hello! I bought a Tissot T Touch Solar four days ago. The watch is very chic, beautiful, exclusive, I really like this watch, I ordered it from Switzerland. These are Mega chic ... I already watch people like them, they look with interest at my wrist, in shops and cafes ...

    I think, the watch had a user error problem. Did you updated the SW to 3.1? In some cases, after SW update, the watch lost the connection with the phone. But it has sent you the message with the solution. You should have to delete the watch from the phone's BT menu. Not just delete the app and install it again! Open the phone's BT menu, find the Tissot watch and delete connection. Then factory reset the watch and start from the beginning. The battery drain is due to constant BT searching mode.

      thanks for your comment and suggestion. the watch is in the hands of the company at the moment. when I get it back I'll let you know if is working well .

      @@neverretreatneversurrender The first thing to try if the battery doesn't seem right is to turn off the 'Connect' function so it doesn't try to use Bluetooth. Then if the battery drains even in the light, you know there's a problem.

    I have had this watch for a year. Initially, I encountered pairing issues, and after several attempts, I realized the importance of having matching firmware between the app and the watch. To ensure a smooth pairing process, it is advisable to use the latest Tissot Connect app, update the watch firmware, reset the watch, and everything should work seamlessly. (todate my app version is 7.4.5, and my watch firmware is 7.3.6)

    Thanks for this review...the claims seemed too good to be true. Scratched off my list. Seems nobody can make a smartwatch outside of Apple, who I would love to get away from.

    Why is the watch band old style? Tissot watch band buckle is not normally like that

    I wanted to buy this watch but after your video I would advise you whether to buy it or not bicouse i dont like full smart watch !

    Did you tried to turn off the bluetooth and also delete it from the phone settings and after that pair it again?

    I was looking at this watch very good looking and classy but don’t get why so expensive! As I don’t want an Apple Watch but it’s Apple Watch prices.

    Compré el reloj se empareja con el teléfono pero no recibe las notificaciones,le di todos los permisos y configuración, que puede estar pasando? Problema de software?

      Hola . Ya intentaste borrar el reloj del bluetooth de tu teléfono y re establecer el reloj con los settings de fábrica ? Luego lo conectas de nuevo ya que eso podría ayudar .

    Sorry, but the Tissot T is just scrap for me
    I bought a T-Touch in Switzerland and it broke after 2 years.
    The touch system didn't work and that's all, never Tissot! 😠NEVER !
