The path of Haitham was in reality very clear to the salafi ulama, and this was clarified many years ago when they rebuked and refuted those who signed the pledge of misguidance with the people of innovation. Disconnecting from the scholars of sunnah and salafiyyah is another reason for discord and deviation in the Ummah. May Allah guide us all.
