    Salam,
    As a person of wisdom and sound judgment, I seek your perspective on a hypothetical scenario. Imagine that you have a neighbor who is a ruthless serial killer. You live in a house with your family, and this neighbor desires to have authority over your house. In exchange, he would allow you and your family to live peacefully and happily in the house, with no further interference, as long as you acknowledge his ownership of the property.
    You know that if you attempt to resist or oppose his demands, he would not hesitate to harm or even kill you and your children. Given this situation, do you believe that it would be wise to resist, or would it be more prudent to accept his terms to ensure the safety and peace of your family?
    This leads me to reflect on the actions of Hamas in their conflict with Israel. Do you think it was wise for Hamas to resist Israel, or would it have been better to acknowledge Israel’s superior wealth, power, and ruthlessness, and thus avoid the conflict? Perhaps, by doing so, they could have ensured the well-being of their people, avoiding the current situation where mass destruction and the starvation of innocent children are unfolding.
    In your opinion, was the decision of Hamas to resist a courageous stand, or would it have been better to accept the reality of their weaker position and pursue a path that might have led to living in peace, albeit under Israeli control?.
    I look forward to your insights on this matter….-

    I believe there is an over simplification of the afghan invasions and the mongol empire.
    It must be noted that Islamic rulers through out history after the Rashidun caliphate are not a representation of real Islamic values and ethics.
    They did good and bad. The looting of somnath or the destruction of temples by certain muslim rulers is in no way defend by Islam, the Prophet SAW’s teachings or the Sahaba RA.
    It is better to be pragmatic and just rather than just say “Oh they were mushriks, that is why they hated them otherwise nothing was wrong”
    Aurangzeb in no way was in accordance with the Salafi teachings of Islam. There is clear evidence of temples destroyed by him. Mosques do not have carvings of human figures in them, but some historic sites do have them which is likely because a mosque was built over a temple.

    • @f1cruiser3w93
      @f1cruiser3w93 21 день назад +2

      Do you have any evidence that destroying the temples of idolaters is something blameworthy?
      Didn't the Prophet (ﷺ) inform us that he was sent to uphold the ties of kinship and to break idols? (Sahih Muslim 832)
      Didn't he (ﷺ) command us to deface every image and level every tomb we come across? (Sahih Muslim 969)
      I agree about your comment on the invasions though. They were often complicated affairs.

    • @Yalla12347
      @Yalla12347 12 дней назад

      @@f1cruiser3w93 Your comment and the people who liked your comment shows that there is such a lack of understanding of Deen and Fiqh.
      Based on your understanding that idols need to be destroyed anywhere and everywhere, why did Umar RA not destroy the idols of the churches when he took over jeursalam? In fact he did not pray in the church to avoid people in the future claiming the place of worship of the dhimmis.
      Let alone you ignore the specific ahadith that clearly state when a land is conquered the religious places of worship of non muslims are strictly forbidden from any harm.
      The only idols that were broken were the idols in the Kaaba and that too after the conquest if Makkah by the same Sahaba who before Islam used to worship them.
      It is an ijma that houses of worship of non muslims will be protected in muslim lands.
      If by your logic Islam is meant to destroy idols and temples wherever you find them, then you should not complain when the others do it to our mosques and religious sites.
      What you are stating is actually what the enemies want to spread about Islam and use it to justify harming us.
      As muslims idol worshipping and all forms of shirk are haram but when it comes to non muslims living in our lands they are free to go to their houses or worship and practice religion as they want.
      This is the belief provided to us by the Prophet PBUH, which was practiced by the Sahaba and what the Salaf made a consensus upon.
      You should be careful about what you say about the Deen because it affects the lives of muslims around the world.
