I watched and commented on Ryan's video of the Affinity as I so want an affordable Cobain inspired Jaguar. I am only 8 and Fender state the Affinity has a thin lightweight body.. local store weight is still a whopping 3.75kg. Your costing and all really shows better to search for a second hand VIntage Modified. In the meantime I will stick with my Vandalism Strat and dream of a Cobain Jag and Competition Mustang. Thank you.
harley benton mr if you’re not fussed about the bridge and an aria pro ii dm206 if you’re not fussed about the pickups. either way you’ll have to compromise on something unfortunately
If the body is poplar, try to find pics of the actual guitar you will be receiving. Poplar often has grey or green streaking in the grain, and is often better suited for an opaque finish. There will be a fair bit of variation in grain and color from guitar to guitar. Remember, they take the best examples to be used for their stock photography.
In my oppinion this Affinity Jaguar has the best sunburst finish ever besides the original Cobain Jaguar, it's beautiful, the others show the wood paterns and look awful to me.

People please understand how easy and precise a chisel is to "route " out cavities, you will be shocked.
