    For people with long torsos and short limbs the starting position needs to be adjusted a little to be successful. They need to lean back a little further so the pole is closer and slightly above the hip bone.

    You are amazing! I spent a lot of money and time in pole studio with pole instructors, none of them could teach me to invert in person. I watched you video and I just did it right! Thank you and ton of love❤

      This usually occurs when technique isn't quite right. You may already have an injury if it hurts where you'll need to rest before practicing inverts again. Also recommend you see a physio just to make sure nothing else going on :)

      If you're struggling to get both knees up at the same time, you can work on your Tucks lifting one leg - and then the other :)
