    My gratitude to you for bringing this beautiful sequence to us. It is such a complement to heart coherence flowing with Heart Lock and continued breathing as if through the heart.     Please accept bow to Tr Lu, I am suffering from shingles. During recovery time ,feeling too hurt. I do everyday 1000 hands yoga about 15 minutes. Release a lot of pain. Thanks everyday Tr.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    That was wonderful, thank you. As with all my practice I let my breath drive the movement and I think this is a wonderful exercise for impressing that technique upon any practitioner. It rather reminds me of “4-Directional Breathing”.

    Hello Dear LuChin!!! Happy New Year! Wow this was hypnotic. I started the exercise with you and about two minutes after the end of the video I realized the video had ended! I was in a deep meditated trance and I could feel the universe with each motion. Truly Amazing! Looking forward to your next video :)

    Very interesting this exercise-meditation; I have not understood, a moment-maybe because of the subtitle, or, I don't know something: when drawing the hands down, the Universal Qi, is powering through two men energy channels, in the body, along the spine.       True! Liver qi stagnation would cause liver yin deficiency, and a variety of the symptoms would be associated with it.

    How do you rid your body of insulin resistance with tcm?

      I’m not sure. Perhaps strengthen the kidney yin and the flew of qi … but by keep doing exercise like the 10,000 hands will benefit the body and the mind
