    That homelink integration is awesome!

    I didn’t realize it had that homelink integration, very cool! Glad to see the project is coming along nicely.

    Wow - the difference is more significant than I would’ve thought

    My God that sounds amazing! I am seriously tempted, especially because of the Homelink integration. My 2.7L 2016 981 doesn't have the PSE, so this would be a great addition. Wow. Love the channel, and the Cayman Build is a great video series. Keep up the great content, Jon!

    Nice video. I've been going back and forth on whether to get these on my 981 S. For the life of me, I still can't decide, balancing cost vs added fun factor. Lol.

    The Homelink integration was a cool tip to know. It sounds amazing. Guess if you use the Soul Performance headers, it would be slightly quieter? It might be just the sound level I am looking for.

      @Flat6Motorsports  6 лет назад

      Yes, the Soul Performance headers will run quieter than this set-up, the AP headers have a very small catalyst, probably closer to catless in terms of sound. The homelink buttons work great. I was planning on installing a PSE button but there's just no reason with that integration. It's a lot more fun then opening a garage door!

    Really would have been nice if this Build video actually showed the build - i.e. installation of the Exhaust.

      Thanks for the feedback, we'll work to incorporate more in the future. It was our initial intention but a lot of times rushing to film something. Thanks!

    Dear specialist!
    I bought a 2015 cayman gts - does that fit to the system and can I use the the exhaust button to regulate ?

    • @Flat6Motorsports
      @Flat6Motorsports  3 года назад

      Yes, this will plug right into the factory sport button, simple as unplugging the vacuum line and plugging into the Soul exhaust.

      Next question is how to get this system to Taiwan? If you can recommend a shop that can ship it or you still have some in your office would be great - please email me.

    Nice car and sound but sounds like you want to blow the engine with over revving??

    NO power runs since the first Cobb re-flash. Who would want to spend on products without any proof of the sales hype. Project started well, and then became product showcase/advertising.

      Happy to take donations to get more content up! We should have the next episode up (dyno results) posted tomorrow, need to go get an acceleration run to complete the proof on power. We finally got back to the dyno on Friday of last week. We picked up a small amount of power with our Pro Tune. I think many guys won't be happy with the gains to dollar ratio but only so much you can get out of a 2.7L. We picked up a Macan S recently as well so have been toying with it. JRZ Coilovers going on this weekend hopefully!

    Souls entire Porsche Boxster cayman line is 100% made in China and 100% loses significant horsepower versus stock. Terrible parts comes from China they sandblast off the prepolished finish to camouflage Chinese origin. Soul has absolutely nothing to do with this system . They unbox.....sandblast off polish finish and reboxing it as misrepresent as their design and construction.
