with the rest on putting side pipes it would look cool. One guy thought a winch up frount would be slick. Maybe a servo hide away winch so you could keep the bumper. Something else that I like to do is give my trucks and crawlers names then buy license plates for them. Will look into sending funds for the plates in the tip jar. The channel is going in a really good direction IMHO. RC on!!
Cool. Funny I saw that Mercedes on Instagram yesterday. Thought it would be a great body for a drifter. Or a crawler in your case.

You need to put a winch on the front of the Mercedes as well and instead of putting stacks on the car put side pipes that would look sick that car is turning out bitching

If I could make one suggestion for your winch, it would be to use tip up fishing line. It kinda simulates a 1:1 winch rope. Cheap and strong and won't uncoil on ya when you take the tension off.
How about a visor on the mercedes?
Just broke my first axle shaft today. Honestly not even sure how, I think it had actually been bound up so many times it had twisted.
Extended front bumper with winch to add weight up front, it's a off road recovery car.
You should put a bull bar on the front

I got the body from AMain Hobbys website. If you type in Mercedes 300sel it should take you right to it.

I saw on here (YT) one of the four wheel drive custom programs has built a 1-1 Merc, but sadly hit it in matte black but otherwise yep same body I beleive.
I have a question I have a couple of 1/7th trucks that I want to fit a winch on working one from a receiver that has a winch port the other will have to be wired differently I think also one is running a Hobbywing and the esc will not program for forward/reverse it was working now I cant calibrate to get reverse any thoughts.
I am also gathering matierials to build a trailer to go behind my Rlaarlo Jeep for eith my UDR or Yikong Foed Bronco R Funhaver Ultra 4 4400 class, what is the best for the trailer suspension. Keep up the good work I am not really a crawler guy although I just got the Rlaarlo Jeep as I only have 5th/6th/7th scale gas and electric new to the volts side as dragged up with Gas 5th/6th scale and Nitro way back when FG and MCD were the only manufacturers doing affordable gas I was fifteen and racing themnow an old fart with a busted back from motoX crash so just mess with RC's as I cant hurt myself with them allegedly unless I run myself over again.
So if it is a servo winch, it could be a bad servo. If it is one of the scale winches, all of mine have to run a winch controller ( goes in between the receiver and winch wires. As for trailer suspension, both of my trailers actually don't really have any. I had some on my gooseneck, and it always wanted to flip over. So I made a carrier for the 2 axles and did a pivot off of that. My triple axle trailer has shocks on it, but they are ony to limit down travel. I think I show it in one of the build videos for that trailer.
Mister Waffles, this mercedes build is awesome! I'm wondering if you have ever seen @Puddin'sFabShop here on youtube? He just mounted a Mercedes body on a C 10 4x4 and it works but it looks just like this build. I'd love to see a collab with the channels! BTW, He just aired this build within a week.
I have not seen him before. I will definitely go and check him out!
