    ABOUT US
Female comedy duo Kristin Hensley and Jen Smedley have been performing, teaching, and writing comedy internationally for a combined 40+ years. They have been moms for one quarter of that time and it shows. How do they cope? They laugh about all of the craziness that comes with being a mom and they want you to laugh about it too! From snot to stretchmarks to sleepless nights, Kristin and Jen know firsthand that parenting is a hard job and they invite you to join them in taking it all a little less seriously (even if for a few short minutes a day). After all, Jen currently has four days of dry shampoo in her hair and Kristin’s keys are still in her front door. They try, they fail, they support each other, and they mom as hard as they can.

First of all, I love you ladies so much!! I've been thinking about all the hug stuff you talked about last week. Last night, my 14 year old was just having a rough day and after we talked I gave her a hug. I almost let go and then I remembered about the 20 seconds and this kid y'all. I felt her shoulders tremble and she just cried and we stood there for minutes just hugging. She needed it so much but didn't know how to ask. Truth be told, I needed it too. Keep doing what you're doing, you definitely make me feel seen and heard and grateful to know I'm not in this alone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Sending love from Florida!
P.S. I want you to know that even though we've never met, y'all are two of my favorite people!!

I remember coming home from school and watching Scooby Doo. It's a stupid show, I knew it was a stupid show, my father would ask why I would watch it, and honestly, I needed to sit still and watch something mindless after all the stress from school that day.

I remember taking the Iowa tests! And, I'm a teacher now who loathes the standardized testing (most teachers do). By the way, the new way to cheat is to use Chat GPT on papers. I can still bust kids the same way though---"So, what does the word ____mean? You don't know? Well, you used it in your paper here..."

Ok! Hold the phone! I am watching right now and had to stop at around 13 minutes in to type this. So I started the video and my grown-mostly son walks in. I informed him to add seeing you lovely ladies to the list he's been building (always thinking of ways to treat me since it's pretty much been my boy and me, regardless, his whole life ❤) I was telling him about the *empty your storage* give away during our covid era. I specifically mentioned that bottle opener and the bumper sticker! When I hit play again you said those two specific things ❤ I also wear my shirt frequently 😊😊I

As a teacher and a parent, I don't think standardized tests are required. I also don't think the test accurately measure knowledge and have a problem with the fact that many states' tests are written by a major text book vendor

May is the hardest month for moms and teachers!!!! I am the mom of a 17 year old and a 7 year old and I teach 1st grade. May seems like it lasts an entire year 😂 But, thank you so much for coming to Tulsa, OK! I have not laughed that much in a very long time. Your show was the best thing about May ever!
