- Doc Jun Reyes will demonstrate stretching exercises that will help people regain their flexibility. The benefits of stretching for seniors include: better posture, increased range of motion, and even decreased back pain! Not to mention having more flexibility decreases the risk of injury and falls.
Aging affects many different parts of the body. When it comes to flexibility, your muscles, joints and tendons all change in a way that impacts flexibility for seniors and can affect your mobility, strength and more.
These complete easy exercises for people who are not Flexible can be performed at home without any special equipment. These stretching exercises for elders will help improve their bone and joint pain, balance, coordination, mental awareness, and much more.
Doing this together will allow you to spend more quality time with your elderly parents. For best results, perform these stretches every day. You can perform it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening before bedtime.
As with all exercise programs, before starting consult your physician. And remember to only do what feels comfortable. If there is any pain, stop immediately.

Daily or 5X a week I’m doing the exercise for Osteoporosis (sa office) although I do not have it kasi masasakit naman katawan at it helps me feel 😊 good! Try ko rin ito but no time sa morning madalas 😅 Thanks alot! Didn’t skip Ads🇦🇹
