Great video, but also one of the most historically inaccurate! Pergamum and Rome were so buddy-buddy that the King of Pergamum left his country to Rome in his will!
Nice battle. I've unfortunately lost all of my 5+ generals and was pushed back into what is modern day Italy. Now I have 4 full unit stacks garrisoned and ready for attack.
Yes, you can. You can even have multiple mods with vanilla RTW at the same time if you have enough space on your HDD. You just need to make copies of the orginal RTW folder/catalogue and install your mods on these respective copies. :)
If you havn't figured it out already you can just copy past the RTW in another folder. So you install RS2 in one of them and keep the other one clean. So you can either play borth or install different mods. You can copy paste the game how much you like. If you have gold edition it only takes around 3 gig for one install I think.
GOOFEEN, do you know where can I get historical battles (downloads) for Roma Surrectum 2.5? I've searched the net and all I see are just other mods for RTW, but my focus is to use Roma Surrectum 2.5 for my gaming with historical battles. I really would like accurate historical battles for that. Thanks for your video upload!
for the makers of this epic mod please i beg you guys, make one for rome 2 total war the historical inaccuracy is killing me, specially the legions. The centurion is in the middle of the ranks, with banner carrier. Please make a mod for rome 2 :)
Nonsense. All it takes is a bit of putting your thinking cap on ;) In other words, you just need to copy your RTW folder and name it e.g. "RTW2" and install your RS2 on that copy. Then you can play vanilla RTW or RS2 whenever you want.
So many mistakes and bad tactics. You would make a fine frontman soldier ready to be the first to die. Your lack of understanding the bigger picture of the battle is so annoying. You would be run over in a multiplayer battle.
