Thank you all so much for watching and I really hope this video helped inspire you to start your own journey WHATEVER that may be!

❤I'm half Korean... so my Mom has a sink size Bucket rectangle shape... she keeps that in the sink with soapy water. And you wash the dishes in the sink... then when time to rinse, Dump dirty water out, rinse dishes and hang up to dry. Clean up the bucket if dirty with food, fill up with hot water and dawn again. It helps so much especially if you need your sink... just lift up the bucket of dirty dishes, do what you need to do and out the bucket back down into sink. In Korea, they didn't have big sinks or tubs for that matter, they used several buckets. Hope this helps and makes sense ❤❤🎉🎉🎉

Awesome! Go Libby X3! Fill up your sink with hot soapy water. Wash all your dishes first and place them back on the counter. Drain and rinse the sink. Fill sink with clean hot water and rinse your washed dishes! It's so easy for people who are fortunate enough to not have experienced mental health issues to say "Just do it!" Or "It's taking too long" have no idea just how hard it is to complete even simple things. It's not that we dont want to do it, it's finding the mental and physical strength to do it! ❤❤❤❤❤

PREACH! GURL PREACH! I am 66 and struggle exactly like Libby. I, too, just moved into a place with simliar issues. Until one has walked in our shoes experiencing paralyzing depression..they have ZERO to say. " Shoulding" on someone is a form of control. The way THEY think you should do something. " Shoulds" can also be victimizing statements. They are also unsolicited advice. These types of folks " should" keep their opinions to themselves. A better way to suggest something might sound like " I am so proud of you for making some headway. I hope it helps you feel good about yourself and accomplishment(s). Hope this gives you a feeling of calm and peace. Just my humble suggestion, have you thought about where you might store your box contents? I know you are short on storage. You are doing great. Inch by inch. Not mile by mile. Go you! " 🌻 ~♡~

Hi Libby, I just learned this. I found out that fridges collect water somewhere. From defrosting and whatnot. Some old fridges have a tray underneath for that purpose. It could be that the dirty water from previous cleaning is collected and was never emptied. Or there is a little door you have to lift up at the bottom, unscrew the cap and empty the hose. If so, prepare a container to collect the stinking water.

Hi Libby, I'm a fairly new subscriber and I enjoy your videos. 😊 Regarding your sink issue - I grew up with a sink like that, and we put a dishpan on one side to hold the soapy water, and rinsed the dishes on the other side. Your sink looks pretty small, but I think you could find something that will work at Dollar Tree. At least if it doesn't work for you, you only spent $1.35. 😅 You're doing great. I'm 62, my "kids" are in their 20's, and I still don't do dishes every day, and the stove even less. I also have adhd, diagnosed in my 40's. I knew you liked crystals! Just had a feeling. I like them, too. I get the Inked Goddess Creations box. ❤ Your apartment looks cute, it's going to be so comfy, pretty, and homey when you're done unpacking. Take your time and go easy on yourself. I've been in my present home almost 5 years and still have boxes I haven't unpacked, lol! Ok, I'm still catching up on your earlier videos, will go do that. I've missed some of the very recent ones, too. Sending you good intentions!

I'd fill the sink with soapy water and wash everything and stack it on the counter, empty the sink and refill with hot water and rinse. That's basically what I do at my house even with two sinks, but I keep a small dish drainer in my second sink so it's out of commission for rinsing. I don't do dish pans because I don't have an area to store them when they're not in use.

You could put the snack items and other things you keep up there, so they won't fall off. Lightweight and easy to pick up. Reduces the amount of visual clutter too. Worth the $1.25 to me. I hope you get the cardboard out of the living room. Visual clutter must bring you down ever time you walk by that pile. It will give you more space in the room for your building projects. Good luck. Having said that - I still believe (and experienced) is getting rid of stuff that is not absolutely necessary, really used all the time (not maybe one day in the future) is key. 3 boxes of office stuff is from the outside a good example.. I think your sink is bigger than mine. But I have a draining board on either side which makes so much difference and I have a washing up bowl in the sink for the hot soapy water and can rinse with the tap. I know you are short for space, but a washing up bowl makes a lot of sense and stacking the dirty dishes on the work top to the left of the sink means you don't have to contend with the sink full and will make washing up for frequently easier. You are doing good though. The kitchen reset was ideal for a Sunday night.
I loved the look on the dog's face when you put the second supper down. Not quiet believing it was happening. The ears were expressing a story all of their own.
I like some rocks. I have a bag of different coloured pieces of volcanic rock I collected on Tenerife up the volcano. The green ones are funky. And I love rose quartz. I have a big geode of amethyst too. In your box of new crystals, on the left at the front is a large flat white stone. It looks like it's been polished. I have a green one of the same shape and size. It has a little bit of a dip in it. If you hold it in your palm and rub your fingers and thumb over it's smooth cool surface it's very relaxing if you feel stressed or anxious. My nan bought it back from a holiday in Ireland for me. It was called something like a calming stone. I think that white one would work for you.

I had moved into an apartment that had pet pee spots. I used the same product as you but I dumped it on the carpet to make a puddle and left it for 30 minutes then soaked it up with towels and let it dry. Smell was gone! You gotta let it seep down to the mat and sub floor.

I use the throw away body washclothes or wipes as I call them. I get them at the dollar tree. You get 18 for $1.25. They don't always have them but when they do I get a few of them at a time.. They are a nice size. The brand name is Modess. I started using them when I did not have heat in the winter time and I was way too cold to get in the shower (I shower in cold water). I used the wipes and I feel they get you as clean as a washrag and soap. Now my shower does not work but I am moving anyway come this November. I have a manufactured double wide that I got dirt cheap. I do have to get a roof and windows but the windows will have to wait.

I remember having a pepper spray that also shot out neon orange spray paint when I worked at a gas station like 20 years ago. Not sure if it’s legal (I only ever saw it in the back cases of bodega-type shops) but any would-be attacker would be left burning AND marked for police with it.
