    I have this same I-Pot and love it, biggest pain is just the air fryer lid takes up a lot of room. Being Texan, I like making 7 quarts of chili in that 8 quart pot, slow cooking for around 10 hours. Great video, guy!

      The Duo I-pot is the best value as you have both worlds. Thanks for watching the video.

    Thanks for the vid .... I am going to be making pork ribs for the first time in my Instant Pot and with my Air Fryer lid. It's hard to believe that you can make ribs that look this good ... in such a short amount of time, as compared with the conventional method.

    These look wonderful! Haven’t used my duo crisp IP yet but will try this. Question…you added 1 cup water to pressure cook, did you leave the water in the pot when you Air fried the ribs? Thanks so much!

      Once the pressure cooker was finished releasing the pressure, I poured the water out and switched to the Air Fryer lid.
      IP is an excellent addition to your home appliances. Stay toon for more recipes. TY Chilli

    These do look amazing, but rather than just pressure cooking in Water, make a seasoned water or use a good stock, then the flavours from this will be inside the meat before you glaze to Air Fry

      The great thing about the instant pot pressure cooker, it infuses the spices into the meat either way. Thanks for watching Chili

    Do you use the instant release after or let it naturally release?

    • @chillbillyadventures3885
      @chillbillyadventures3885  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, I will do quick release outside the house as I don't want all that steam being released in the house. I have also just let it do the slow release which takes about 45 mins on my Instapot.

    You say air fry for 12 minutes then set the instant pot to 13 minutes then you say "13 mins is up"
    So which is it?
    12 or 13 minutes?

      I did air fry for a 1 minute more as it gave the ribs more char. Thank you for watching.

      The great thing about the instant pot is that a bit of seasoning goes a long way. The pressure cooker infuses the seasoning into the meat.
