I have an Xbox green shell it’s the Halo edition and my disc drive is out I got it for $10 and I want to do the same thing
Might do a shell swap/ replace later but I’m gonna modchip it have the power led swapped for blue/red and the fan with an 60mm multi color blue red green and orange led fan and I’m replacing the thermal paste with Mx-4 thermal paste my model is an 1.6b motherboard from 2005
Would you happen to know if this same process could be down with a japanese Xbox? Swapped with American internals?
