You’re such an inspiration!!! My hubby who was diagnosed type 2 diabetic while in the hospital with Covid19 has gone vegan. I’m so excited because we’ve already seen improvement in his A1C since March even though the doctor said diet cannot heal it. And his cholesterol numbers are improving as well. I ordered some sprouts and jars today. IM EXCITED!!!
Hi Rebecca! I'm a type 1diabetic (which, of course is quite different from type 2), but I'd recommend you check out the Mastering Diabetes program/book/podcast: it talks about a plant based diet for type 1 and 2, and has really helped me so much in eating with diabetes and lowering my A1C.
Trust me every diease can be reversable with Vegan diet. I was diagnosed with T2 Diabetes with A1C level as 9 within 3 months of my diet change my A1C level got down to 4.7. I gave up medication and i am sticking with the Vegan diet. Doctors are fraudsters.

Great video. Just picked up my seeds and that exact jar type today and this was the first video regarding sprouting that I chose to watch. I just ordered some alfalfa and broccoli sprout seeds. My grocery store usually never has them and when they do they expire in a couple days. I can't wait to try this. Thank you for posting.
Yep, I have sprouted seeds from True Leaf Market very often. They are fantastic. The mung bean and broccoli sprouts are great for stir fries. The lentil and alfalfa sprouts are better for salads.
