Spinach , Brussel sprouts. Not just now but as always since I was a child haha..have such an appreciation for bean sprouts too. Thank you , sweet one, for this amazing video❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Thanks for sharing!! The key for me in growing microgreens is the soil. The wrong soil can lead to mold, I would love it if you would share the exact brand of soil that you use. I started using coconut coir which helps prevent mold, but the growth ends about 10 days.
When you were doing the organic co-op in Houston, I wondered if you would start growing your own safe/healthy food because being self-sufficient is part of the raw vegan lifestyle. Here you are. Absolutely beautiful home-grown food. Thanks for your example.
Thank you so muc- for sharing your knowledge with me, you have added so much value to my life. Is there a way to let sprouts are the green leafy ones in the video? Thanks again.
Hi so after you harvest microgreens will you let them grow again or pull them off the roots and start the seeds again? If left regrowing how many times we can do that without the plant loosing its nutrients. Thanks
There is also the system of growing microgreens in organic, untreated felt, for those of us who live in tiny apartments in places like New York city for example. Also because we're northern hemisphere dwellers, artificial light is unfortunately the way to go but the results are equally good👍👍👍
Oh my goodness I truly needed this video in my life! I want to grow all my own fruits and veggies and this was so informative and helpful! I appreciate you so much and all your content. Thank you for being genuinely passionate about health and spreading real useful knowledge about wellness.
Thank you so very much Kristina. Such a well needed and informative video. I live in Jamaica and really have no space but I can do this. I can utilize my roof and some other places. You truly are s blessing. I will definitely be purchasing my seeds next week.
Eileen Watt u r right. But not everyone has the green space or resources we have, and I feel something is better than nothing. But the same way that we take liquid mineral supplements that’s the same way my friend waters her microgreens. She adds it to the plant’s water. Sometimes I also wonder with all the natural resources this youtuber has, why she advertises so much those pill/liquid supplements she takes, when I’m sure she can get them from the food resources she has available. But u r right good natural soil has way more nutrients, but that will also depend in the city and location someone is planting because sometimes the soil itself is not good quality or contaminated. Thanks for your respond, that is good info to think about. Will bring that up to some of my microgreen growers.
I'm looking forward to getting back to growing microgreens and sprouts. I'm slowly transitioning back to more raw foods and consuming lots of sprouts is going to help. Plus they taste yummy. No more spending 8 or 9 bucks for a tiny size tray, except to support my local small biz owner once in a while.
Thank you, I ordered some seeds. But my question is what do I do with the soil and remaining seeds after the harvest. I am not a gardener. Can I reuse the soil? Should I get rid of it? Can dump in my local park? Sorry for silly questions, but I really have no experience with this.
I googled it! -->After you harvest, microgreens do not grow back. For a continuous supply, you can reuse the soil by turning it over. Sprinkle seeds, and cover with another layer of soil. The roots from the previous crop will have created a mat that will eventually compost itself, says Fitzpatrick, “so it's all very self-sustaining.”
Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful video….. and your hair got so BEAUTIFUL!!!! Can you do a video what go for the hair and what vitamins you are taking:)….Please
Hi, I tried micro greens with seeds from trueleaf. I also bought the solid trays. It didn't go so well. I used regular seeds for greens and not the micro green seeds. In the vid it looked like you were using just regular seeds. Do you use the normal seeds or micro green seeds? Thank you!
I have always been interested in this. Do the trays have holes for the water to go through. Can you buy trays at a garden center? I miss you here in Houston.
I have a question. in your application there are juices of 32 ounces, those ounces are for a single person or are they for 2 people. I await your prompt reply.
Ok, you have inspired me to get started growing some microgreens, and I am ordering the beginner kit. I want to start a garden, but I am a brand new beginner. I wonder if you can make some videos showing us how you prepare your soil, and maintain your amazing veg gardens. I have seen the construction videos, but how to vids would be awesome. You are so good at breaking information down.
I really appreciate 🙏 💛 teaching me this awesome knowledge 👏 God put you in my way. I want to eat green vegetables 😋 greetings from Virginia Beach, USA
@fullyrawkristina thanks so much for this. Can I ask a question, how do you store them? I would have placed them in a zip lock bag or plastic container and sure that is not the correct way!!!
Love and Blessings and Happiness to you🌻. Thank you again for all you do and your passion for all that is good in life🥥🦋🌺🌴 We love you and Cash, we are ordering the sprouts now🐇. Linda and John Lentini

After you finish eating a tray can you reuse the same soil to replant again? And how long will each tray last if you don't eat everyday

This was so magical and divinely inspired. Thanks for your light and your work, Kristina.

Hello. Did you notice a big jump in your electricity bill when growing micro greens indoors? Thank you for your time, Tamara.

Loved this! Would you ever consider adding the specific benefits of each greens or spouts? I use broccoli sprouts to help with estrogen dominance.
Wow such a great idea! I would love to hear more. Have you seen improvement?
Amy, that’s a great idea, I would also love to know the benefits of each green.
Wow I would love to know more because I have fibroids which is caused by estrogen dominance

I've always wanted to learn more bout this- wonderful idea Kristina!
Kristina what kind of soil and fertilizer do you use and what do you also use to keep pesticide away
so good, Kristina, thankyou for taking the time and sharing your knowledge, skills and techniques.
If you cut the micro greens, will they still keep growing?
You can grow microgreens in trays without soil. Look up Hydroponic microgreens in trays. My friend grows it in the house.
How nutritious is it without all the minerals. I've see school kids grow beans in wet tissue papers. I doubt if it has any nutrients.

Danggggggg! Those are some incredible-looking microgreens. Thanks for the tips! Broccoli micros are our faves recently 🥦😊🥦
Since Hawaii is humid, do you need to grow under a controlled temperature? It gets warm sometimes in my condo.
Thank you Kristina may God bless you and your family always 🙏🕊❤
I'm so glad you made this content available. I'm excited to create a microgreens garden this spring and summer! Thanks Kristin 😊

Hi Cristina could you please tell me how to grow the plants because it’s moldy every time.
Thank you very much 😊
Excellent, Kristina. Well explained with proper and helpful tips 1-2-3. Thanks.
Excellent video. Are microgreens seasonal? Also, can they be grown in an apartment?
thank you for sharing this info. would I be able to use lentils and chickpeas from the store for planting microgreens?
This would be great for me because am into the spring mix like spinach, chard and kale also I love beet. This is also easy to do.
This is such a great video! Thanks so much! Love your work and your channel! Never mind the negative folks! They know not what they do.

Your channel is very inspirational ! I would love to move out of my country some time, things getting too hectic
Any thoughts about juicing micro greens in order to consume more per day?
Thank you, I ordered some seeds. But my question is what do I do with the soil and remaining seeds after the harvest. I am not a gardener. Can I reuse the soil? Should I get rid of it? Can dump in my local park? Sorry for silly questions, but I really have no experience with this.

Super helpful and inspiring!!!
Wonderful! Can you re-use the soil or do you want new soil each new batch? Im sure my earthworms will love the leftovers in our compost!!😋
Good question!!!
I was wondering the same thing.
Best practice is to compost the soil and start anew with fresh soil. My worms get our leftover microgreen soil! 🥰
@@clairemcblair Thank you🐛🐌🐞
@@clairemcblair worms need to be in the soil??
Yum, K! This is wonderful. Thank you.
How long can you let the greens grow for if you don't want to harvest all at once?

Hi Christina, after you have harvested the micro greens do you throw out the used soil and put in fresh organic soil or you just re-use it.
Thanks for sharing, god bless! Do these trays have holes in them?

Hi! Can you juice the micro greens in a nama J2?

Can you share if you had grown amaranth as I'm trying to the first time
What if you can’t eat all of that, how do you store it? Do you put it in the fridge
@fullyrawkristina thanks so much for this. Can I ask a question, how do you store them? I would have placed them in a zip lock bag or plastic container and sure that is not the correct way!!!
Can microgreens stay outside in the winter?
Hi, thanks for the very informative video. Is there a difference between the seeds you use for micro greens and the seeds you use for spouting?
Do you also sell or contribute your garden to the community?
What do you do with the soil after you've harvested the microfreens?
Can you sort of reuse the soil?
Great video! What inspired you to go vegan? and overall goals? Much love and keep up the good work.
How much water 💦 do you put
