Great to meet you Kristina! Wow! You’re awesome. I garden in the Bay Area California and I have to be creative in order to grow my vegetables since I don’t have the space. All of my produce are grown in pots. This gives me the added convenience of mobility to maximize sunlight. Wish I had a garden like yours. But I am happy with my little haven just the same. Thank you for sharing the transformation of your new garden in Hawaii.

you could save a lot of those beautiful seeds by not dumping them out in the way you’ve shown! Also look into thinning your seedlings, & harvesting your cukes when they’re smaller!

Apart from plants i noticed you use/eat supplements and protein powders in your diet as a vegan and I was wondering if this is a necessary thing to eat if you are vegan? I personally eat meat and many other foods and I have never needed supplements but I noticed this changes when going fully raw and I was just wondering if the pills and powders that you recommend are unprocessed or are they still considered vegan food? I don’t know much about a vegan lifestyle it’s just something that I noticed in your videos as I’ve followed you. I do love the smoothie recipes and the yummy salads! Can you survive a fully raw vegan diet without the supplements? Just a curious question since you’ve had experience. :)
They are vegan but they aren't raw and are very processed. You don't need these supplements at all (with the exception of B12 and D - the same as meat eaters). If you are eating enough calories of a whole food plant based diet (raw or cooked) you will meet all of your daily nutritional requirements.x
