For more daily updates, you can follow my Instagram here: instagram.com/fullyrawkristina. Many of you have messaged me and asked if I will be hosting a juice cleanse challenge this year, and the answer is YES, however at the moment I'm doing my best to be sensitive to the current narrative of what's happening in the world. I'm also trying to figure out a way for our challenge to benefit black lives and minorities in my local Texas community. I appreciate your patience. Cash has said he wants to be a part of this challenge with us, so stay tuned. We will be sharing more details soon... love always

Hi Kristina. Thank you for doing this video. I plan to try sprouting soon. I appreciate all of the links but I didn't see a link for the sprouting jar stands. Would you mind sharing where you bought your stands for the sprouting jars?

i like using a mesh better than jars
chance "weird gunkyness" forming much lower since u can really rub their bellys in water everytime u rinse em, they r like puppys - they luv it 🤗

I'm amazed that she rinses them in tap water, instead of using the filtered water tap that is literally right there.

Maybe she has what I have and that is a huge water filter under my sink so all tap water comes filtered , dear

Thanks for posting this, I got the kit of seeds and added sprouting kit to make it easier or to have more counter space but I also use the jars.
