I have three tiny stains on my screen, used white vinegar & water on microfiber, nope. Since you speak of calcium carbonate, that's baking soda...think that would do the trick using a lil warm water & the microfiber? I think the stains may be hardened whipped cream, ketogenic eater here lol. Thx for any reply and Happy New Year!!

@@hassanmehedi2633 It didnt work, have tried now three times. Man at Best Buy told me to scrape it off w/a piece of cardboard, gave me a backing from a Roblox game card. That doesnt work either, nor does vinegar, commercial screen cleaners etc. One thing I will say, never use paper towels, they leave fibers behind, use microfiber cloths only. Guess I have to live with this until I get yet another laptop.

im having ball pen ink stains on the surface of the laptop [ not on the screeen[ so can i use tooth paste will it be cleaned ??

I did this with my acer Nitro 5 and it removed a year old dust stain from my screen and skin oil marks , to give it shine , I applied glycerine and eucalyptus oil with isopropyl alcohol in it.

Can you do it with any Toothpaste or is Colgate a must??

Thanks for tuning-in. yes.. you can use any brand, as long it have Calcium carbonate as one of its ingredients. This abrasives will help to clean stubborn stains,debris and plaque whenever your wipe,scrub or brush the affected area.🤣🤣👍🏼

It's misleading. Have used to remove keyboard strains from screen. Nothing worked. Wasted time and Rs 20 for Colgate 😢

My good man. Thank you. Found a perfectly good TV in the trash but was GUNKED with hard dry finger prints on screen. Idk what the hell people were doing with it cause water alone wasn’t enough to clean. Thanks again boss.
