We're back in lockdown in the UK from Thursday, but don't worry we have LOTS of content filmed with Dan at Hunter Collective to keep you satisfied until you can get a haircut (if you're in lockdown too). We'll even be moving to 2 videos per week very soon!
Ngl, I think I would cry if I went in and had Dan talk to me like that at the beginning of this video. Hair thinning can be incredibly difficult and the reassurance that he was able to give this client would have made me so happy and relieved I think I would have cried right there. Excellent work as always!
I'm a hairdresser and I never had a bit of interest in men's hair cut. But a year ago I needed extra money and started to work at a barber shop on Sundays and I realized how much men appreciate a good cut.. My fade game was horrible but my shear game is great. My most favorite male clients are those that are thinning. I want to do more for them. Thank you for taking the time with these kind of clients
I feel like Dan is the true Definition of what a barber should be. Lovely stuff once again and very well explained. I feel like people watching you cut and explain this way gives people more faith being able to achieve a look that boost confidence and self esteem.
100%. We get to watch all of these cuts up close, and Ajay was definitely very happy at this cut. We loved the reaction. One of our favourite videos, just seeing the difference it made!
I feel empathy for guys struggling with hair loss. It's not just a female insecurity, and yeah it's just hair, but no one wants to have patches of missing hair on their scalp.
The finesse, the craftsmanship, passion and knowledge that Dan has under his belt makes him a master craftsman at this trade. I am in the process of becoming a barber myself and I've never looked up to someone so much when it comes to perfection. Thank you for all that you do. It is much appreciated.
I am in the exact situation as this man. We even have the same name (AJ) and do sales! I have struggled heavily dealing with the thinning of my hair at the exact same location. I recently went fully bald just so i can let a huge weight mentally off my shoulder. But seeing this barber’s craft at wanting to solve AJ’s problems truly makes me appreciate the work and passion that some people put in. Stay strong AJ and well done to the barber!
Dan, I’ve seen almost all your videos, this may be your best work yet! You not only did a great haircut, you helped someone’s self esteem/confidence. You could tell the poor guy was unhappy with the thinning out in back and you completely changed his outlook and made him feel better... well done sir, well done
Proper barber skills, working with the client, bringing back confidence. Looks really good and gives hope for those that want to work with their hair loss. Great stuff.
Wow what a barber and seemed like a nice guy too. I think the guy was about to cry with tears of joy when he saw the back/ crown, Hair loss is tough but Dan really showed talent and understanding. What a job!!!!
Fantastic cut! Dan is obviously so technically proficient and creative but what's super about him is he really cares about the client and his needs. I love that about him. He's genuine.
Thanks Wayne - we'll pass on the message to Dan. Hopefully one day we'll be able to take Dan around the world to give you all a chance to get a cut with him!
This is just the video I've been waiting for. I'm thinning in the same area and have grown my hair out waiting to get a more slick back cut. Great work as always

@@tanmay_6363 Mate I feel like my hair is also thinning in that area, but it's still easy to cover it. Do you think it will get worse?
