In comparison to other 30 min db workouts this one felt rather easy. I loved it still just noting for future. I used a pair of 25 lb dbs and I’m 7 weeks pregnant 😊 thank you for this bad ass content.
I was looking for a “ light “ working after my super heavy one yesterday. I don’t know why I thought anything Daniel does is “ light”. I died during this but it was amazing!

I did this last Wednesday and I forgot to comment! I love your hybrid videos so I loved this strength+hiit!! I never do jump lunges so I had a feeling I shouldn't do the Pulse Staggered Jumps, but I did them anyways. I did have sore knees later that day and the next day. So I'll try this again soon holding weights, and do Alternating Staggered Squats instead and see if it was that exercise alone that made my knees sore.
The only way I get through these workouts is maintaining the false hope there is a 1 minute water break coming at half way. It never does, so I do the next workout hoping for the same.
Those water-breaks existed because my old canon couldn’t record for more than 30 min straight, now the Sony can record ENDLESS, no breaks till we pass out brother 👺🤣🤣🤣
Hi Amy, after your comment this morning I’ve check the ads on this one and from my end there is only an ad before and after the workout, so probably something that RUclips messed up I’m afraid 😂 if I don’t check that they put ads every 2 minutes 😅
