Starting strength is truly the shit.
I've never gained strength and size so much faster than anything i've done before.
Im a bjj athlete and the stupid dogma around lifting and strength training is very typical of the standard 'functional training' you see pasted around sports training facilities.
The benefits getting super strong on my squats, benches, deadlifts and presses has been truly profound for my grappling game.

im a fat guy, 285 lbs at 5'6 who kinda went to the gym before, ever since strength training ive taken my bench to 155 lbs and my pull to 235 and I slimmed down, and moving around is easier, my breathing is easier, stairs are easier, i feel better. Strength training changed my life.

Great video. She seems like a good person. The pursuit of strength is a noble cause. I wish those weights become lighter and lighter.
