I can relate so much to this lady. After 6 weeks in the program, all my years of back pain and dollars spent were gone with the bonus of being much stronger afterwards.
True story between two people with the same pain. My co-worker and I both had sciatica. I chose to strength train it away. She chose to use ice packs and heating pads with Tylenol for the pain. Three months later my pain is all gone. She is still using ice packs, heating pads and Tylenol with no improvement what's so ever. She is refusing to take my advice saying she can get more injured lifting weights. Oi-vey!
Too many people choose the same path as your co-worker. They prefer to push the "Easy-button" and just take a pill while they sit in a recliner. Our hospitals and nursing homes are full of such people who can't walk, get themselves up from the floor, or even get up off the toilet. Congratulations on making the right choice. You'll have a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
I can’t stress on how true this is. I have a back injury & I was dependent on Chiro & I was putting away weight assuming this would cause injury I couldn’t be any wrong. Weights is what put my back in place.
Kudos to the chiropractor for recommending weight training, but chiropractic is BS. If you aspire to be a chiropractor, stop: be a strength coach instead.

Getting stronger as we get older is so important 😊
