for the thread grommet bracket does that go on the front or the rear and why just one bracket get the threaded kurled grommet and not all of them?

The back. All the other brackets connect to the frame rail except that one.

Where do you put the jack on the ridgeline when you have running boards ? Could you give and show locations

Can running boards be installed without a rivnut tool?

Sure. Just know if you stand on the end as if getting into the bed. It's not 100% as strong without that fastener installed. The threaded insert can also be installed using a bolt and a nut. Videos on RUclips showing how.

@@rtz549 Do you have any links to any or specific titles? I hadn't planned on standing on the running boards to access the pickup bed. The running boards are to help my elderly mother get into the vehicle a little more easily. She has trouble with her knees and doesn't have as much strength for lifting herself so having a shorter distance to step up is easier for her. She'll be sitting in the front so the back shouldn't be a problem too much.

Can I purchase ONLY the actual OEM running board for my 2006 Honda Ridgeline? The rubber (?) molding was sideswiped and torn - the mounts are still fine. Thank you.
