Yes, I would put this in "Moderate difficulty" for due to the disassembly / reassembly steps, especially if you are not using a lift as this mechanic does.

Took me about 2 hours to install my grill (before watching this video). Didn't take off the bumper or anything but this seems a lot easier.
45 seconds to actually see the final product would have been nice!
Great info. I bought a used 07 earlier this year that has a metal aftermarket chrome grill that I am not fond of. After some research I like the stock ones even less. I simply saftey wired the wheel centercap off of a 1979 Accord to the center of the grill to proudly display my stylized H, looks better, no plastic chrome!

Great video. Not too hard, but perhaps more than many want to tackle, it's a pain to wrestle off a bumper like this unless you've done it before, similarly breaking down the grill module itself without breaking anything. IOW, it's a matter of feel that one gets from doing work like this on more than a one-time basis.
Were did you order the new grill? I have same truck looks good..
I have a 2006 ridgeline this helped for getting the bumper off but I have a lower bumper grille as well to put on. Is there a video for that??
