20 MIN CHEST AND SHOULDERS WORKOUT with Dumbbells | No Repeat

  • Perfect combination… chest and shoulders workout! A solid session targeting the chest with chest press & flyes then onto the delts with pressing, raises and some isolation!
    All you will need for this upper body workout is a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each and 8kg each!
    The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work each set, 15 seconds rest!
    CHEST PRESS
    TOP, BOTTOM, FULL RANGE!
    PALMS FACING PRESS
    DEADSTOP CHEST PRESS
    ALTERNATING CHEST PRESS
    DIAMOND PRESS
    1 1/2 REP DIAMOND PRESS
    FLYES
    PALMS FACING FEET FLYES
    ALTERNATING FLYES
    SHOULDER PRESS
    BOTTOM, TOP, FULL RANGE PRESS!
    ARNOLD PRESS
    SINGLE ARM PRESS
    SWITCH SIDE!
    ALTERNATING LATERAL RAISES

    BOTTOM, TOP, FULL RANGE FRONTAL RAISE!
    DRIVING CAR!
    When ‘driving the car’, try to think about extending the arms out in front as far as possible!! It is a lot more challenging!! 😉
    A great workout to save for when you just want to grab your dumbbells and so some upper body strengthening!😁

    I use to workout to change my appearance, but now I am legitimately focused on getting stronger and challenging myself and I feel so accomplished and it is such a rewarding feeling when I know I pushed past my comfort zone and can perform more reps and lift heavier! my mindset now is functionality/strength>>>>appearance! this mindset has really improved my motivation and just overall mental wellbeing! Caroline never fails to continuously challenge me even though I've been following her since April 2020!

    PS Just finished and the tricep add on too! What a fantastic upper body session! Brilliant selection of varied exercises...always interesting...and very demanding! My triceps had genuinely been worked to failure by that mast slow tricep push up...I got down...but really really struggled to push back up!     Happy Tuesday All! Omg! I am doing my happy dance today. These chest, shoulder and triceps workouts are amazing. I wore my 2lb wrist weights and used 2x10kg and 15lbs. Loving the no repeats and time breakdown of the 30-minutes series.

    Loving the 2 short yet intense videos. Perfect to fit in early before work yet still feel you've worked the targeted area thoroughly. You fit into 20 minutes what most probably spend an hour doing in the gym. I know which I'd rather do. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I loved this workout! What a challenge! I really enjoyed starting on the mat. The bottom/top/full range exercises were very intense! Oh they burned!!🔥 My shoulders were on fire from the first press and they didn't stop til I crashed the car😂. I really struggled driving the car at the end. I mostly just crashed over and over again😆. Awesome workout in only 20 minutes yet again! These workouts are brilliantly planned! Onto the add-on! Thanks Caroline.😊

    Woohoo!!! Yes, love the variety in this weeks workouts! Yesterday’s quad and abs workouts were spectacular. I can’t wait to completely annihilate my upper body later today 😆 lol
    Also I believe this week is a great week to fit in some more cardio for me. For example I am planning on adding some running, bicycle riding, and maybe some good old fashioned walks! Anyway, have a great workout session everyone 💪🏻😁

    I doubled up this workout with the previous 10 min abs one - I feel so good and energetic so just going with it. Thank you for all this variety, there is NEVER a dull day with you, Caroline.     I started using 2.5kgs each pair of dumbbells, I had been lifting since April, on and off but only when I started doing your workouts around 3 weeks or a month back did I start seeing visible changes. And today, I finally did all the chest presses using a pair of 5 kg each dumbbells while maintaining form.
    You are playing an important role in helping me shift my perception towards working out. Since I started following you I have taken control of my disordered eating habits and improved my energy levels too. THANK YOU SO MUCH CAROLINE

    10 minutes in and my arms were shaky! This was a staggering session followed by the triceps. My entire upper body is *rocky* and my biceps so inflated. A short and very efficacious workout that allows you to go heavy & perform your very best. Thanks Caroline, I shall re-visit this often! 🤍

    Another workout I never commented on but this is what I'd call a "Caroline 20- min upper body flow." No repeat and every exercise flows beautifully to the next. Great way to feel a burn chest, arms, shoulders in a short amount of time!💪🙏🔥❤

    Your workouts are so helpful! You are that supportive trainer I've always craved for at the gym. All my previous trainers have had that toxic female mentality ("We work out to lose weight and become attractive") you know the kind!!
    No one ever understood how empowering it was to FEEL STRONG.

    Loved this chest/shoulder work out. I was looking for something new, effective, and not more than 20 mins. She even shows us she’s working when she needs to take a second or two to rest. Thumbs up.

    Great, new 20mn videos, that's the perfect length for me, I prefer chain two 20mn than a single focussed 40-45mn, allows more variety (or a 20mn strength and the other cardio). Thanks Caroline 😊

    I enjoyed last week's circuits but this week is fabulous. Short intense sessions with a cheeky wee add on. My arms and chest were worn out this morning and my legs are still in shock from yesterday. Thanks Caroline

    ❤️ Day1. Only 20mins. but Quads were on🔥 and the New Ab wo with the Killer Hollow Holds😆. Next Chest and Shoulders! Let's have more FUN! 👊
    Done✔️. Chest were shaking and shoulders were on fire. When doing the different presses, dumbbells seem to weigh double 😆. Great workout!

    I really enjoyed all the different chest variations today. ❤️ Those shoulder presses were more challenging after fatiguing the chest first. This made me realize how much you really do use your chest when doing shoulder presses.💪🏻

    Thank you for this amazing shoulder and chest workout. I love all of your workouts but my favorites are your chest and shoulder workouts. Thank you so much for all that you do. I work out to get stronger and to relieve my stress. I used to run but I took a break and then Covid happened and now just trying to get back into it after 4 years off. I am getting stronger thanks to your amazing workouts.

    Can't wait to try this one! I'll have to modify the standing exercises to be done in a chair due to lower body disability, but I'm sure it will be a booty kicker just the same. Love your workouts. Stay safe and well. ❤️

    This was brilliant! In 20 minutes my chest and shoulders were worked to the max! Your routine was just so super effective! Loved the add on triceps and wow that one tricep push-ups was a killer!

    Wow this was intense 😃👍🏻. But how fabulously intense for the upper body, my arms were on fire 🔥 💪 by the end. I had to adjust the weights down or risk uncontrolled technique!! Better to be safe then sorry, especially with my shoulders 😀😂. Thank you Caroline.

    I love you videos, I just wish you gave more instruction on correct form for beginners on what to concentrate on. I had to make sure my elbows were in the correct spot, not to let my shoulders move forward - that kind of instruction. I love the pace and the rests and how you show the form before the exercise starts but I wish you were vocal about it so that I knew I was doing it correctly. Just a thought for beginners like me. 😊
