Wow can’t wait to do this one! I will be starting my classes soon so I won’t have as much time to work out. These 25-40 minute workouts will be perfect for me soon! Caroline surely has shown that you can get a VERY effective workout in a short amount of time and you don’t necessarily have to spend an hour or longer working out to get in a great workout!
I like the shorter videos too:). Living in small quarters make everyone happy to so win win on this one for me. Not that I dont absolutely love ur longer videos, those are supreme as well :)

LOVED the shorter, muscle group focused workout! I found myself working out harder and using heavier weights because (in my mind) I know this is a short workout. I ended up more fatigued which was surprising, but I’m super happy about that because I crushed it! I pushed myself to the limits and went out of my comfort zone. Thanks Caroline! 😘

Hello Matthew , Absolutely true . 2 workout per day need more effort and it's no Repeat without proper plan it's not possible... She took more time on each workouts and it's absolutely free... We are lucky to get her.. 💛

Quad BURNER! 🔥🔥🔥 It amazing my quads can feel so exhausted and worked in 20 short minutes..they feel like they did a 45 min workout!😅 Loved it!! Really enjoyed the Bulgarians, paused squat and staggered squats. That finisher with the 1/2 position hold was killer! My legs didn't know if they could stand back up each time😆. That was awesome!! Brillant workout!! I had a lot of fun. Thanks Caroline! Onto the add-on!😁

It was a great workout although I prefer the longer ones so I added Day 1 Legs from the Complex series. It's funny how when I started my exercise/fitness/health journey with Caroline about 13 months ago I prefered the shorter and 'no repeat' workouts. And now, I actually prefer the longer workouts with lots of repetition! I feel I get more out of the workout. Funny how things change. But totally L-O-V-E everything Caroline throws at us! Really great workout! Knowing it was only 20 minutes I think helped with my mindset pushing myself to take less breaks. Although towards the end of the workout my legs were definitely fatigued so I had to give in to a few seconds of rest here and there. Loving the no-repeats for a weekly programme.
I have been working out for quite some time now but this got me out of breath in just 12 minutes. I love this. I will be including this and other strength training workouts in my plan now.

Happy Monday All! Looking forward to this week’s workout! Started with a 30 minutes low impact cardio, did a modified lower body workout and loved the 10-minute core since I need to focus on my core to strengthen my back. Love the 20-minutes. Thanks Caroline and smash it everyone!

Completed this after epic 3 day 1 and whew 😥 just barely survived! I substituted wall sits for the kneel to squats since my previous workout had so many of them…I just couldn’t do anymore 😆 thanks for the quake!

Kneeling to squad is total killer. Seriously .. sometimes shorter workout is more than 40 minutes. Oh my... This trembling in legs... Love ❤️ thank You Caroline for another amazing workout!!
Brilliant session. The mix was excellent and Caroline has proven it's possible to do a shorter session and reap rewards and benefits. These shorter workouts fit just nicely into my morning routine and means I can mix and match 👍🏻👍🏻. Loved this and the follow on. Quaking quads!!!! I love working my quads! These are exercises were perfect! Kneeling to squats are always so so tough even with just body weight but you can really feel every muscle that is working when you perform them. So rewarding! Thanks Caroline! Good luck everyone and good job!

I LOVE *repeat* because each time around I challenge myself to perform the move better and better and it's also excellent for strength gains and hypertrophy but I'm also looking forward to this week of NR with CG because I know she's going to kick our butts and obvi make it fun as well! When Caroline wants to target a muscle group she will GET AFTER IT so I'm psyched to do this and the following sessions in this week's program + add ons. Woohoo let's go everybody~ ⚡🔥💪

Completed this after epic 3 day 1 and whew 😥 just barely survived! I substituted wall sits for the kneel to squats since my previous workout had so many of them…I just couldn’t do anymore 😆 thanks for the quake!

My legs were done after these 20 min plus the add on abs reminded me of the first time I did hollow holds with Pilates.

Kneeling to squad is total killer. Seriously .. sometimes shorter workout is more than 40 minutes. Oh my... This trembling in legs... Love ❤️ thank You Caroline for another amazing workout!!
Brilliant session. The mix was excellent and Caroline has proven it's possible to do a shorter session and reap rewards and benefits. Quaking quads!!!! I love working my quads! These are exercises were perfect! Kneeling to squats are always so so tough even with just body weight but you can really feel every muscle that is working when you perform them. So rewarding! Thanks Caroline! Good luck everyone and good job!

I LOVE *repeat* because each time around I challenge myself to perform the move better and better and it's also excellent for strength gains and hypertrophy but I'm also looking forward to this week of NR with CG because I know she's going to kick our butts and obvi make it fun as well! When Caroline wants to target a muscle group she will GET AFTER IT so I'm psyched to do this and the following sessions in this week's program + add ons. Woohoo let's go everybody~ ⚡🔥💪
