    Thank you so much for singling out the quads! I've been trying to work on my quads more, feel like my glutes and hammies are plenty strong and sometimes take over from my quads.

    I second this. These are the best quads exercises to do at home. I've never did them all in one workout though, but I will definitely try it now.

    I haven't tried the single squat for a while and today I was able to do each leg the whole time! My left leg hadn't been strong enough last time I tried. Feeling strong! 💪

    This was a tough one after the stronger 25 leg workout 🥵 My PT showed me the heels up goblet squat to work on my range of motion. I love it but man, it raises my heart rate more than regular squats!

    I can tell I'm getting stronger 😁 I was able to do the squat to box for the first time without any help fromy other leg!! Woot woot 🙌

    Made June the month of the quad! Been adding this on to my leg workouts. July will be inner thigh, August will be booty and September will be hamstrings. I love the add-on burnouts! I do have a question: is there a possibility of bringing us a hip burnout? I feel like that’s my biggest problem area (a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips 🤪). I know you can’t spot train but would love exercises that can target that area…could that be a burnout at some point???
