I didn’t have a lot of time today, so this workout was perfect. I paired it with 30mins of cardio and was done and very sweaty in under an hour. Now, I’m off to get my holiday shopping done. Caroline, thank you doing these sessions. They are exactly what I needed at this hectic time of year.

I started this calendar yesterday and I really thought: it's only 20 minutes, how hard can it be. Boy I was wrong! It was super challenging and I could really feel my muscles when I woke up today. Caroline proving us once again that you don't need a full hour workout session to make your body move and feel amazing. Can't wait for this one!

I shuttered my patella 5 months ago and I'm just starting my leg workouts now to prep for surgery 2 in two months. I love these, Caroline. I'm going at my speed and getting stronger everyday. TY. Your smile is contagious.

Morning, Matthew. So happy to finally see your comments. That one was a superbly planned 20 min leg workout. I am not the biggest fan of squats but I got my dose of lunges as an add-on. 20 min went by super fast, I think it was a smart move to incorporate different durations, it kept it interesting. I couldn't resist 1000 lunge challenge and I actually finished 10 min before Caroline - if that is not a big improvement I don't know what it is. A reminder to not always focus on weight for a measure of how long you have come. Now I am drenched in sweat, my legs are shaking and I am ready for my day. Have a good one!

Yay ! Leg day it is. Planning to keep my weights optimal and not too heavy to perfect my form. The advent calendar so far for me has been all about form and going slow. I have a habit of piling on weights and wanting to rep it out always. Taking these shorter workouts as an opportunity correct my self. Another well planned workout. Absolutely love RDLs

Sometimes I feel so "out of strength whenever I do your workouts CG despite working out for more than a year and having a fairly fit physique 😂 So I have to remind myself and also if any of you feel out of shape or whatever people think about themselves remember in 99.99% of her workouts you will struggle, sometimes even huff and puff and stop for a sec, but that doesn't mean you are weak or sth, it's just that our coach loves to challenge our bodies and so should we💛💛💛
Hi Manvi...such true words! Struggling to push on through a workout doesn’t in any way mean you are weak! It means you are strong and pushing your body right to its limits! I’ve just done the 1000 rep lunge add on and I certainly had to struggle there at times...but I pushed on and feel strong! That’s how it should be for all of us...and Caroline is so brilliant at pushing us just that bit further than we’d like to go! That’s one reason why her workouts are so superb! Manvi, sometimes that out of strength or out of gas feeling comes because your body needs more electrolytes. You might want to experiment w an electrolyte powder or drink (not Gatorade which is full of sugar and dyes) and see if you notice a difference. I know I can get that feeling if my electrolytes are running low. Then when I supplement with some I can really notice the difference.
Enjoying these 20 minute sessions with Caroline so much. Perfect length of time for me to challenge my strength, as well as spend a decent amount of time afterwards with either a PNF stretch routine or a 30 min challenging yoga class. Omg!! That was a tough number. Stayed with 15kg and felt it from start to finish. I was panting the whole way through. Then went on to do the add on and it was 1000 lunges. I'm officially dead😱😲 both sessions really tough. Does anybody think that Caroline is getting tougher every wk 😱🤔🤔 but then we follow suit💪💪 thank you Caroline for challenging ourselves😍

So good. I did 2 in a row yesterday and I am totally dead today. I mixed 10 KG with 15 KG but everytime is the same, I start out thinking 20 minutes will not be enough and finish them totally drenched haha. What an amazing series Caroline thanks you! Great week for all #Girvanators!

after completing 3 of your workout plans this is by far my favourite leg workout, and i usually hate leg day! thank you for the short workouts it rlly helps during the holidays when you just want to relax.

So I sat down to write this comment, but then got a distraction I had to deal with…and totally noticed my legs shaking as I got up! Yes, I did the 1000 rep challenge also. By about forward leaning lunges, my legs were shaking quite a bit but I kept going til the end. Hoping it’s chest day tomorrow! Other than that, today’s squats & RDLs were great! It doesn’t sound like a huge difference to go to 50 seconds work with 10 seconds rest from 40/20 but that’s just wrong thinking! Fave exercises today: staggered squats and staggered RDLs. Thanks for packing so much into these 20 minute videos. I’m really enjoying them. Til tomorrow!

I am 45 years old and injure so easily - I did this with 3kg in each hand - hoping that tomorrow I feel ok and can do this again as I really enjoyed it 😊thank you
I don't remember doing this the first time and the fact that I didn't comment that time, it probably challenged me and felt defeated. It was my add on after the lower body workout on the app. Loved the combo, left me feeling sweaty and awesome. I used 2x12.5kg dumbbells.
Skipped yesterday’s back session because of time constraints, so combined it with this leg workout. Nice little combo! Love how this series will help me gain back my strength and workout routine in a manner that is doable and enjoyable. CG is the best ❤

omg i almost finished it, i feel legs are the weakest part of my body. so proud of myself to finish it, i had to take longer breaks. my legs shaking but i am so happy. thank you.
Omg!! That was a tough number. Stayed with 15kg and felt it from start to finish. I was panting the whole way through. Then went on to do the add on and it was 1000 lunges. I'm officially dead😱😲 both sessions really tough. Does anybody think that Caroline is getting tougher every wk 😱🤔🤔 but then we follow suit💪💪 thank you Caroline for challenging ourselves😍

So good. I did 2 in a row yesterday and I am totally dead today. I mixed 10 KG with 15 KG but everytime is the same, I start out thinking 20 minutes will not be enough and finish them totally drenched haha. What an amazing series Caroline thanks you! Great week for all #Girvanators!

I've been really enjoying these 20min shorter but intense workouts! A lot of the times I lose motivation if the workouts are longer and these have been perfect for me

So I sat down to write this comment, but then got a distraction I had to deal with…and totally noticed my legs shaking as I got up! Yes, I did the 1000 rep challenge also. By about forward leaning lunges, my legs were shaking quite a bit but I kept going til the end. Hoping it’s chest day tomorrow! Other than that, today’s squats & RDLs were great! It doesn’t sound like a huge difference to go to 50 seconds work with 10 seconds rest from 40/20 but that’s just wrong thinking! Fave exercises today: staggered squats and staggered RDLs. Thanks for packing so much into these 20 minute videos. I’m really enjoying them. Til tomorrow!

I don't remember doing this the first time and the fact that I didn't comment that time, it probably challenged me and felt defeated. It was my add on after the lower body workout on the app. Loved the combo, left me feeling sweaty and awesome. I used 2x12.5kg dumbbells.

This was a killer workout. Just found you on youtube and wanted to do a light leg workout. This ended up being more intense than I anticipated. My legs were wigglin' part way through. Thanks for the awesome workout!
