    1. It's a shame about the electrode, a piece of stronger wire will do the job. Otherwise everything is great.

    Good idea. I've used shims in the past for machining offsets on an existing diameter pilot hole.

    I've used rings for setting a part outwards in the 4 jaw so that I could indicate it on it's sides. I wish I could chuck stuff into a 3 jaw rather than a 4 jaw, but that's what I have to do

    Instead of rechucking after every part-off, part-off 3 or 4 or 5 in a row, then rechuck. Time is money.

      If the flux crumbles on the machine bed, it is undesirable for the lathe! Welcome😉

    Wenn man den Unterschied zwischen einer Drehbank (Metall...) und einer Drechselbank (Holz...) nicht kennt, sollte man auch keine ach so tollen Tipps geben. Aber Hauptsache was gepostet !!!
