I do not think there is legal reason for manufacturer to deny warranty, just because some sticker is damaged/removed. If you actually damage the card in the process or the card dies because no/bad cooling, it is different story though.

yeap most people dont do that and complain about the machine slowing down or internal burning due to dusty fan malfunctioning and not cooling of anymore.
That's the point. They want it to break, they want dust and grime to harm the delicate components of your computer because then you have to buy a new one. It's artificial scarcity and it's the pits but that's why videos like this one exist.

Also, most of these companies are actually based in the US, although I don't know how that applies when your trying to cite them against laws they are meant to follow in their own country. Anyway Kudo's to companies that are looser around this, like EVGA etc, where some companies like Gigabyte will not allow you to install a custom waterblock At ALL without full void of the warranty which is absolute bogus!
Actually a noteworthy topic for a video is manufacturer warranty coverage and its variability because alot of people getting into enthusiast level stuff for first time get wrecked over it thinking they can just go for their favorite company just to find out that company refuses to allow custom modification to their components.
Warranty stickers are worth shit in Europe and in my experience companies stopped trying to fuck people over with them. Consumer law is better and suing is cheaper. Darth Derp ikr wat noobs if a part of my computer breaks I chuck everything out, it's cause they can't work in cohesion, and when that happens I will be off sync when gaming, it's a little like how gsync works, where the gpu and monitor is in sync... if it's not it will break, and u will just have to chuck it out, no use getting it repaired by this 'warranty' thing it will still be out of sync with itself, hope my amazing tips helped, xD
They just put it in the warranty contract, and define it as intentionally damaging the unit like you drop it down to the ground at break the screen etc... So they may be repair your originally damaged part for free but, they can charge you for re applying the sticker. And it costs a lot, 30 euros (engineer hourly wage) plus the sticker price. But if its not burnt out and/or has a physical damage (broken soldering, PCB for example) they can say that you broke it when you opened it up and it was not broken before that (their expertise). So they refuse to repair it for free. And then you have to prove the opposite with expertise. If they don't accept your proof you can go to the court.

what is that xd
Warranty? Pfft
N-ninja nah you went too hard and tripped up on yourself.
Dude. AwE is hilarious. The way he talks is the best thing ever
When you have no idea how to chop wood

Is this against the law in other countries as well, United States? Europe?
that would interest me also
They just put it in the warranty contract, and define it as intentionally damaging the unit like you drop it down to the ground at break the screen etc...
Thank you for discussing the magnussen moss warranty act!
3:00 its them!!
