As a Blackhawks fan who has followed the team for close to 60 years (Yes, I'm old) I'll say that Jonny Toews is one of the best, and likely the most important player the Hawks have ever had. He was the engine of those Cup winning teams in 2010, 13, and 15. I just hope he's doing well, and doing what he wants.
Cue the comeback eh. As a leafs fan I'm torn that they might sign him. If anyone can break our playoff curse it's him but that much pressure coming back after multiple years off is a lot to ask. But legends are legends for a reason. Would be such a great story.
As a Canucks fan I hated this man. I think that’s the best compliment I could give him. He’s an incredible player and leader, and I hope he makes it back to the NHL because the hockey world is better with him in it.
