- Today we're taking a look inside the newest master-planned development west of St. Louis in Chesterfield, MO. This is Wildhorse Village and today we're inside McKelvey's new display home. 4700 square feet across 3 floors of living with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.
Sales are also open for the townhomes called the Townes at Wildhorse by Fischer Homes. Condos at wildhorse have been approved along with townhomes for rent. Apartment building called the flats at wildhorse is being built and has made great progress!

Moving to St louis to work near Mercy south hospital. But i like chesterfield area based on my research. How long of a commute is it going to be if i live in Chesterfield? What areass do you suggest, main criteria being less crime?

I have to relocate there from Atlanta Georgia for my job. I’m scared it’s going to be boring….
It definitely depends on the kind of lifestyle you're looking for. Chesterfield is 30 mins outside the city and won't have that urban feel. It's way more of a suburban sprawl type area. Lots of big neighborhoods and access to shopping & commercial areas, but it's a very car-dependent part of town
Looks like the exterior of these houses was designed by the same team who designed the cybertruck. Why someone would buy a $2m house just 1000' from a busy highway in St Louis county is totally beyond me.
Absolutely...overpriced to the MAX! I'd say $950k.. these finishes can be renovated on a $600k home at the same sqft for less than $200k...lets quit acting like they're using TOP quality material..Now if it comes with all the stuff in here its worth about $1.2m
Agree! Not to mention location is congested. This home’s front patio will be staring at other homes. Not the water view it now shows. Tiny lot compared to many homes nearby,
Ugly and over priced. But that's West County. Built on top of each other too.
