LOL, Thank goodness I didn't loose any appendages :) To be honest, I always get nervous when using the mandolin. Even just washing it, I am very careful. Blades are as sharp as scalpels. Thanks for the feedback Margaret. Really, it helps. Happy cooking, UB

Just a question popping in my mind Where did you use lemon balm and rosemary or if i am missing something? I could see parsley and basil leaves used here though. Thanks again for this wonderful sharing. And i could see this is the same kitchen tool from last video used in such a nice way 😊.
lol, you got that right. If you could have smelled the smells coming out in my kitchen. Wow! So good. Good eye my friend. The rosemary and lemon balm were used in a pesto I wanted to make with some extra almonds, garlic, basil, parsley and olive oil I had :) Now that is going to make a great video. If you are a fan of garlic, my pesto sauce will nock your socks off! Now, why did I put it in the video? I just wanted to share the scenery. :) As for the mandolin, I wish I could use the one I reviewed. The 2mm blade attachment was just too thin. I had one I got at a yard sale which I used in this video. Link in the description :)

You know Peter, I have thought long and hard about that. When viewing my analytics of videos where I personally give an intro, there's a huge drop off in retention during those intros. @@UncleBillsKitchen Just keep in mind that in most cases if you are going to have drop off anyway because the video doesn't suit them, it is going to be in the first 30 seconds anyway. Although I love cooking shows that show all the close up, I want to see a personality behind it. There are thousands of recipes for roasted chicken, so why do you watch another one, you want to see the personality behind them as they present it. 🍸
