How to Make a GLOW IN THE DARK wall like Mark Rober!

I've always wanted to make Mark Rober's glowing wall and so I bought all the materials and tried it. I got UV lights and glow in the dark putty which works best with a UV light I also got them UV reflective stars and I made some cutouts from poster board and stuck them on using sticky tack.
