literally watch one video about sims, and suddenly got blasted my a gazzilion new videos from talented creators such as yourself!! Seeing someone still playing Sims 2 makes me really happy :D The refurbished steampunk factory came out absolutely amazingly!! You are great at building!!
the algorithm is funny like that skjdfkdhf. when i discovered that people still played ts2, i was so intrigued. now i'm completely hooked. it wasn't my first sims game but it's by far my favourite. ty for watching
Amazing building (as always ❤) and so detailed! I can't do floorplans or building lay-out either with the camera on, can't focus. Mainly why I always build offline, I can't get in the zone with the camera on. Wish I could though, I love watching speedbuilds. And I am just generally very bad at making floorplans, so there's that too. 😄 I made a hospital for my megahood and was worried my staircase & elevators wouldn't make sense. So now they have a very realistic staircase with elevators, like a whole bunch of traffic is going to come through like in a real hospital... and I ran out of space to make all the functional rooms that I wanted. 😂 Tried to make a drawing of a hospital that had space for all those rooms and ended up with a massive building that would probably look way too ugly, so I'm still sticking with the first try. But yeah, would absolutely love to watch a video where you give building tips!
ty! i think it's definitely some weird stage fright/performance anxiety? like knowing that it's being recorded makes you 90x more conscious of everything you do. i do feel a lot more relaxed when i'm not recording than when i am (but once u get used to it, you can forget obs is even on). omg the balance between realism and functionality is so hard to get right. especially when you want things to play nice with the sims' weird routing. i use fwaysims' object freedom which makes routing so much nicer, but it's still something i have to consider (like hallway sizes etc.). i've been working on that build tips video for a while, i want to show some old build projects from my degree but it's been hard trying to find pictures of them!
