Two things: 1. After publishing this video, an Herbalife coach commented here saying she doesn't make people buy in bulk. So, mentioning that here since the video doesn't explicitly say that exception. That said, buying in bulk may be what you need to give it a proper shot. None of the mechanisms are "good" or "bad". They are just trade-offs. Make your own decision. 2. 🎁 FREE WORKSHOP: Discover How 100+ People (Just Like You) Have Lost Weight For Life While Gaining Unstoppable Confidence, Mastery and Control: cchviva.fit/workshop
Not having a good meal plan is the reason for your malnutrition. Can't blame Herbalife products for that. Also, people try Herbalife without proper guidance end up with unwanted results. the most common mistake people make is focusing on losing weight and not working on muscle or eating enough protein to sustain the muscle.
Very true. I love Herbal Life. I worked out whole on it. And I’ve consistently brought the products. They do work. There are risks with food we eat and medicines we take. Organic or not.
When I was an overweight teen Herbalife, was introduced to me by my mom and I was switched to the two replacement meals a day with the tea. Over 5 years I lost the excess weight I had, I was skinny and I loved it but I wanted to gain muscle. Turns out staying on Herbalife long time, will reck havoc on your metabolism and once I was in sports my body started eating muscle instead of making it. Even though I loved/love Herbalife, I wanted to move to my next health stage which was me learning what to actual eat, recovering my metabolism. The results lasted 3 years, but with me partaking still in a shake a day. When covid struck and I couldn't work out like I used to, walk like I used to, or even have the budget for Herbalife. I gained everything back. However my metabolism has recovered, and now I partake in Herbalife maybe once a month as a treat or comfort since it reminds me of growing up and going to these clubs with my mom
Eventually you can go down to just one shake a day. There are different meal plan options depending on what your goals are.And they have other rebuild protein shake for after doing physical activities. I personally know multiple people who use Herbalife to gain muscle, not only has it been working for them for multiple years, but they are coaching others on how to do the same. You are supposed to be having at least 5 meals a day. Only 1 or 2 of your meals are shakes. The rest is you eating a balanced diet. Eating the right amount of calories, protein, vegetables and carbs. They teach you how to eat properly if you look at the different meal plans.I’m sorry it sounds like you needed your coach change you meal plan, when you changed from wanting to loose weight to gaining weight. Also the type of exercise you do has a big affect as well. Meal replacement shake or protein shakes in general are all just tools. What you do around that is a science, and has an affect. Best of look to you on your future goals. If you did ever decide to give it another try they also have fit camps all over. It’s motivating to have that community. That’s what I love about it the most.💪🏾
Dont Waste ur earned money on waste products..... Eat healthy Food, fresh fruits, do regular exercise, yoga meditation instead. Find motivation and purpose in life.
I've not once met a fit person who used this drink, or any drink. They actually eat well and are active. I do, however, know a few hefty women on Herbal Life for months or years and not one lost enough to notice it or ever got the thin shredded body. I legit just looked it up to see why it never works for anybody.
I actually have been using these products daily for the last year and no I am not a distributor. I replace 2 meals a day with this and still eat a healthy meal and 2 healthy snacks daily with an exercise routine and make sure I get enough water in daily etc, and I have lost close to 60 pounds. I'm not going to sit here and say these products are magic so much as it helps me meet my calorie deficit easily without calculating multiple meals a day. As would any other meal replacement shake if used properly. My only draw to these products is I have tried multiple brands and they have kept me full and they're not overly sweet or grainy. Everyone's body is different and there is not one blanket product that will work for everyone and I'm sure there are risks with any kind of supplemental diet over time. I do however think it's a good stepping stone if you're not sure where to start and should incorporate better eating habits going forward.
I lost weight when doing the herbalife stuff a couple years ago but I think it was also a mind thing because I spent so much on it all I felt more obligated to use it and exercise helped.
@@damon7845how r u now? Is it working? Cause I have started it from today... Is it good for your body or something? Will it have any negative effects?
This was such an informative video on Herbalife. I for one stay healthy and maintain my weight by proper diet and exercise. Thanks for sharing this video, cheers!
I don’t trust people who sell Herbalife, I worked in a restaurant, I had a table of 10 Herbalife sales people with a $400 check. They literally RAN out on their check $100 short.
Can anyone help me? It’s my third day of using Herbalife and I haven’t been able to use the bathroom since the first day, I am constipated and have a lot of upper stomach burning pain
There’s a lot of misinformation in this video unfortunately. :( For one, I would recommend anyone who has questions to please talk to a representative of the company or Herbalife Coach (like me) who actually has experience with how everything works.... for example, you DO NOT have to buy in bulk. 👎 Every coach runs their business differently and I definitely do not make anyone purchase product in bulk. But anyways, thanks for your time in this video and hopefully people do their own research when considering Herbalife Nutrition. :)
I would also like to add a quote off of the Herbalife website (I have the link to post but it keeps getting automatically deleted) “All Herbalife food and supplement products, as well as its facilities, are subject to FDA inspection and enforcement authority at all times. Outside of the United States, we comply with and are regulated by the various ministries of health and food standards agencies in the additional 72 countries where we do business.” Quoted from Herbalife . Thanks for your comment. I have hearted it so it appears on top and people know not every coach makes you buy in bulk. Also updated pinned comment to say so. That said, some people may want to buy in bulk because the lock-in helps them give it a proper shot. Buying in bulk, and the other mechanisms, aren't necessarily "good" or "bad" things. They are just incentives and trade-offs, and each one of us need to make our own decision on which ones serve us or not.
They are 'subject to' but as the FDA states on its site, FDA doesn't subject supplements to regulation or inspection normally. An analogy would be my saying "I am subject to audit by the IRS". But the answer to "have you been audited by the IRS?" is "No". Similarly, Herbalife is subject to inspection by the FDA, but have they been subjected to it? No. Hope that clarifies things.
In the video, you say that we don't really know what is in Herbalife. I know that the FDA doesn't regulate supplements but I'm curious if you can clarify what, if any, inspections/tests Herbalife does have to pass. Does it have to pass any minimum safety standards? Or Herbalife and supplements are literally 100% unregulated?
For whatever reason my comment was deleted when i was trying to give you information on where to find that they ARE fda regulated. That’s messed up, whoever deleted it. I’m just trying to get the facts to another who’s asking!
Megan, good question! If it's a new supplement after 1994, the manufacturer must notify FDA of its intent to market it and provide information on how it determined that reasonable evidence exists for safe human use. But the FDA has no provisions to "approve" supplements for safety and effectiveness before they reach the consumer. The FDA does have standards and guidelines for supplements but doesn't check/enforce them before marketing. ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/dietarysupplements-consumer/ GetZaaZaaFit - I responded to your other comment on the FDA quote on Herbalife site as well.
Their meal replacement shakes work great if you have an active job like stocking shelves at a grocery or retail store or an automotive technician and you drink 2 a day and then one meal of high protein like chicken meals from el pollo loco.
Gah I knew it, Herbalife was a waste of money. My sister bought a whole bunch of their products too, sigh. One of the Herbalife staff even told me she drank only the shake and tea for one whole week (meaning without any proper meal) and she slimmed down immensely without feeling bad in any way, I highly doubt this is healthy though.
Don't blame on the products if the way u are approaching is improper. Misguided and twisted way of indulging in any healthy products will not have positive results
