Her self expression is very creative and its pushes the boundaries about what people usually define as socially exectable. I wish I had 1/10 of the artistic integrity she does. People says that this song make no sense but, does dreams make sense? I've never had a dream that is close to something real. For me this song is not only about trying to find a meaning behind a simple dream but a meaning behind life it self because sometimes it just make any sense at all, and maybe the meaning behind all that is just love or maybe it just doesn't exist , I don't know. A lot of people qualified this new album as "shit" and maybe is not a master piece but I experiment lots of different feelings and emotions with it, anger, joy, sadness and even disgust but at the end of the day that's what art is all about. My first impression after seeing what Miley did in the VMA's and after listening the free album was disappointment, but after I listened carefully the lyrics of those "shitty songs" and after I tried to understand just a little bit what it meant my opinion changed. Sometimes times all you need is open your mind and not just guide you by what you see with your eyes. I know that not everyone thinks the same but that's just my opinion and for me this song, this album and Miley deserves an opportunity to be listed but with your heart. Peace! Miley Cyrus and her Dead Petz may look like a mess, but it's honestly an artistic gem. She poured her hear in it, and the album is basically a glimpse of her radical mind. She is one of my favorite artists. Very underrated as an artist, due to her image and child star past. Hope one day she gets the respect that she deserves.

I loved this song when it first came out, but I lost my mom this year, and suddenly it is the only song that I feel so connected to. Every word is just like shes speaking to me and my mom, I know she's not really but it still means everything

Tbh, ive been a Miley fan for 4 years now, and Ive always loved her, when she had long hair, short hair, idc its always Miley. What I liked the most about her was when she just cut her hair, her style. She had nice clothes and stuff, classy but sexy. And her hair was on point. But then she got like this, idk how to describe it, arty? I was like okay.. But I love it so much now, its Miley, shes herself and I respect that and I love her for that. My timeline on instagram is always happy cause of her. But when I saw this video, I cried. As she said in interviews, shes more comfi when shes naked, than when she shows her emotions. And she just showed alot of emotion and damn I respect her even more than anything right now. I love her so much, she has a big heart.

Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz is an incredible, wonderful and underrated album, this work of art ahead of its time deserves much more recognition.
I didn't know any Miley songs and my kids were watching her on SNL, I overheard this song and I said "this song is about loss" and I started crying. She gained a fan. I'm not going to go to any concerts or anything but I've since listened to other songs she's come out with. Very talented.
I lost my brother to suicide almost ten years ago. The sweet voice throughout, the very tender and sad lyrics, and the screaming just undo me. I can't listen to this without missing my brother and crying.

Well... this week I felt the meaning of this part...
My 15 year old dog was very sick and we decided to spare her more suffering... I also decided to stay with her during the process so she wouldn't be afraid. I didn't sing her to sleep, but while she was awake, I smiled at her. I held back so she wouldn't be worried about me. As soon as she was gone I started crying and on the way home I put on this song... it really helped me feel what I needed to feel. So thank you U Miley for turning something so painful into such a beautiful song...

this was so beautiful especially the part where she starts screaming. it was so passionate and she puts all her emotions in there.
People says that this song make no sense but, does dreams make sense? I've never had a dream that is close to something real. For me this song is not only about trying to find a meaning behind a simple dream but a meaning behind life it self because sometimes it just make any sense at all, and maybe the meaning behind all that is just love or maybe it just doesn't exist , I don't know. A lot of people qualified this new album as "shit" and maybe is not a master piece but I experiment lots of different feelings and emotions with it, anger, joy, sadness and even disgust but at the end of the day that's what art is all about. My first impression after seeing what Miley did in the VMA's and after listening the free album was disappointment, but after I listened carefully the lyrics of those "shitty songs" and after I tried to understand just a little bit what it meant my opinion changed. Sometimes times all you need is open your mind and not just guide you by what you see with your eyes. I know that not everyone thinks the same but that's just my opinion and for me this song, this album and Miley deserves an opportunity to be listed but with your heart. Peace! And that's just MY OPINION.
