Mine was doing this and when I opened a can of spinach one day, I offered her some and she ended up eating the 14 oz. can. Dietary deficiency is the correct answer.
My dog's wet food has some small peas in it. Even if she's particularly hungry and really wolfs down her food, you can be sure that every pea in that can of dog food is still lying on the bottom of her bowl. It's like trying to get a toddler to eat their veggies.
My dogs get fresh spinach, kale, spring greens and green beans. They also get Easy Green powder by Dorwest. They're on a complete raw diet. They still munch grass on walks. Hopefully just because they like it 🤔🤷♀️🤞
We have 3 dogs and they all are eating grass and the leaves off of one of the wild weeds growing out along the wooded area of the yard...obsessively! Since they all eat the same dog food, do you think their dog food could be lacking chlorophyll?
It could be! Easy ways to add chlorophyll to yours dog's diet is to chop up some of the following and adding them to their bowl. Spinach, kale, broccoli and parsley are great choices. Depending on the size of your dog start at a quarter cup and work up for bigger dogs.
My dog has all thes symptoms try to figure out it food allergies r atopic dermatitis sounds like it yeast iffection am lays around sleeping any suggestions b greatly appreciated thanks i ❤ my little buddy needs help
You sure can! Here is a bit more information on how much to give and a bit more on Chlorella and how it helps dogs! www.dogsnaturallymagazine.com/chlorella-for-dogs-help-your-dog-detox-with-this-green-machine/
I don't need to know all the technical reasons. Just tell me what I can do to stop this bad habbit. Thumb down and no subscription for wasting my time.
Knowing the technical reasons often help you solve the problem. Or you find out thaf its not a problem. Maybe a dog trainer would help, but it would also "waste your time"
My 🐶 ate 2 grapes and showed signs of distress within 20 mins, it was scary, then all she wanted to do was to eat grass

A quick google search says that flat parsley--which you show in this video--can be dangerous for dogs.
Omgosh I didn't know that I grow it in a barrel 😳 I'll make sure my dogs stay clear of it
Thanks
You're welcome😀
