Dude, i was able to get stable 60 frames at 1366x768 in overwatch with temperatures around 60 degrees and all this without friezes. In my case, i still have worse 1 frame per second (gpu load 1%), or load cpu is stuck 100%. Only two times (random) i can get good stable result. Dual-channel has nothing to do with it. I think we must sort it out and get that stable result. The problem is either in the drivers or bios. This laptop can do MUCH MORE

Hellow, i have similar laptop. What your room temp and Dell power manager-thermal managenent setting (cool//quiet/ultra)? Your laptop temp so low 72 celcius. My laptop around 80-90 Celsius when power manager set to ultra performace (play cs-go). Any addition change pasta for cpu or else?

Ok nice to know. I was running it at 1920x1080 and getting around 30fps. I'll try it again when I do my Dual Channel upgrade.

My CPU was running at 20W. So that's probably why the temp was low. Room temp is around 24.

I had the same problem. But it was fine when I turned it down to 900p, Low Settings, Performance Mode.
