Great video man! I just became a dealer for mud skipper in canada! Would love to try this on one of our engines. Do you do this for all your engines or only when a customer request it? Does removing the governer ad much HP? Appreciate ya!

Only for our personal engines we do not modify any customer engines. They have to do that themselves.

It doesn't add power but it best throttle linkage set up. The prop in the water acts as the governor

Why not just remove the linkeage from the governor arm? use a spring on the arm for tension . gov. will not operate (retard, or regulate ) the throttle. can also disconnect oil pressure monitor.. then no gov. or oil level switch. crank it up and if it kicks a rod, plug up oil level switch and reconnect gov. linkeage and send it back on warranty. ???
