Thabk you for posting the whole video. I was cussing at my tore even tossed my screw driver at the tore and it bounced back and hit menin the leg. I have a heating blanket on my tire right now. Knowing somebody struggled as much as I did really brought back my confidence.

Dude I just tried for hours and hours to mount the rear one. Got the same tires. Got the front one on and sealed no problem. The rear I had to give up on after hours and hours of trying to mount it. I’m so pissed I couldn’t get it. Going to try again tomorrow with a friend. I hate failing!!!!

Leverage, tire spoons x2, & you used soap grease but I use dish detergent & water (lubricant) then persistence and practice, practice, practice.

You might try attaching a piece of steel to your heaviest work bench so it hangs over the edge of the bench and bolting the rim to it so it is held (long threaded rod) in place like a tire machine... It's hard to gat leverage on a rim that keeps moving around...

I put mine together today. Took most of the day, and they left out both the retaining bolt for the jackshaft sprocket, and that for the drive pulley. And sent the wrong exhaust pipe. So no minibikin' today for us. Looks like it will be a good toy tho...

If you call go power sports they can get you the missing parts. I feel lucky that mine was complete. If you have a tillotson I included the sizes of the missing bolts you need in one of my videos. 5/16-24 /34" you need 4 and 1 1 3/4" long bolts. I used grade 8. Ace had them all for less than 5 bucks total.

      Yeah, Tillotson w/ E-start.
I'm on my way to Tacoma Screw. I avoid buying bolts at Ace. Had too many problems with failures. Their bolts are made of cheese. Unfortunately in Scappoose its the only choice.
