When I was TDY to Ft. Irwin, CA, I used to run the roads on the perimeter of the installation. A coyote used to jog along side of me but at a safe distance of 30 feet or so.

I'll give you a wave and a thumbs up if I see you out walking, jogging etc. some people just can't stand to see others doing something good for themselves or others. It's a small world don't be surprised if you run into that fool needing some assistance from you one day.

You installed the belt like I did ... just walked it onto the rear. Since mine didn't come stock with the TAV30 - style torque converter I had to figure it out on my own. The directions sheet was useless; I initially installed the front pulley backwards (inside out or something) and instantly began shredding the belt just off idle. I quickly figured it out and ponied up for a genuine Comet belt as a backup. The original belt has still held up though.

Just like your snowmobile clutch, your driven clutch on the bike could be opened so the belt will drop down in to the groove - just like when pushes open when going faster & faster.

He was angry at HIMSELF for not paying attention and took it out on you because some adults are immature victim-blamers or victim-claimers, wanting you to think you somehow harmed THEM. It's selfish and comes from them having low self-esteem. I have a mega moto 212mx and I want to build it up but have no idea where to find the parts for it like if I can get a torque converter, exhaust and a good carburetor for it but have no clue where to look for my specific bike.. please help
I got 2 rides out of the driver in the box🤣😅😂🤣 I figured that it wouldn't last but just had to find out how far it would go. Althought I was thinking around a few weeks not per ride but oh well LOL I had some weirdo pull up on me once, I stood up with my feet on the ground and tipped my helmet(so I could be heard well but that also meant he could also see my face and beard lol) to ask him what he wanted. He mumbled something about a coolant jug and drove away a little fast. Kinda made me feel uneasy that maybe he thought I was a kid and changed his mind. Another guy all it took was seeing my face to make things more civil(to be honest I was at fault that day, I had forgottn that it was still deer season and felt horrible about it) The 2 places I ride regular are privately owned and I have permission to be there so I like avoiding the drama and just riding my bikes instead. I wish everyone could be as lucky.
BTW, after watching your series on the mega Moto I went ahead and ordered one. Ordered on Friday delivered on Monday, amazing shipping. $600 for the kit and $150 for a Harbor Freight 212 CC predator, how can you go wrong? Looking forward to hearing the reasons why you upgraded the torque converter....
With an engine making less that 10hp the TAV30 - style torque converters grip fine. His bike makes a little more power and like he said in the previous video, at higher RPM the front was losing grip and allowing the belt to slip.

I like the real time videos. But when you’re doing repetitive tasks the time lapse is perfect.

There was a full-length key included in my frame kit which wasn't used because the stock CVT has the built-in key.
I do recall seeing that too now if I could just find it? :)
