Sweet Ride brother, Good thing the new coleman B200RSV came out with the rear swing arm stock as well as front and rear disc brakes with torque coverter. Just ordered mine 😊🤙
I also have a Coleman B200 with the 196 . The MM 212 comes with a 212. A lot of folks swap out the 196 for a 212. I have quite a few videos with the 196 . Also there are close to 370 mini bike videos on the channel. Check them out!
I like those big bikes. I have to say the extra length of the swing arm kit changes the appearance of bike for the better. zit looks powerful riding off road. Excellent upgrade , I enjoyed your fabrication skills.

Very nice!. I like metal fabrications kit mostly bc it looks a little cleaner. Both look to be a great choice but gps kit if welding was out the question. I still haven't decide on one yet. The way u painted you swingarm made it look alot better than the rest of the installs of gps swingarms. And with no surprise with your content!
Thanks! I like metal Fabs kit but for my application the GPS kit works better with my center exhaust .

@@morgans8582 pretty smooth, but my welder is at my dad's up in the Northern lower Michigan. Had to rent one for the frame cut caps. Better chain as well. Doesn't kick my ass anymore.

I had been wondering if the brake cable was long enough to tuck like that, never liked the idea of them being across the bottom..

@@Black66 problem solved. Ordered MM212 bike frame, tillitson 212, stage 1 kit and a 30 series convertor for 1230. Same price nearly minus the electric start. Should be same complete setup right? Im new to this build. Will I be missing anything?
Love my MM212but that hard tail makes the back ache on trails...this looks like a winner...
I couldn't imagine having trails and the dessert to ride in that would be amazing sadly I have no where to ride at around me makes me want to sell everything I have

I had to totally cut off the chain guard and grind smooth. The rest of the process was the same.

Easy way to get the bushings in is to use the bolt and nut to draw them in

Can you do a video on installing this rear swing arm kit on the coleman b200 model? Does it need nay different modifications to the frame than the mm212?
Does GPS sell the bushings for when those go bad?

Mega Moto VS The Trailmaster Hurricane 200X.
We just built a Mega M
oto/Tillotson kit for my son. I was impressed with the robust frame and build quality. He would like to add the rear suspension kit in the near future.
I now want one and need rear suspension (63 yrs young). I'm debating over the Mega Moto: prefer the Tillotson, beefy built frame, and even though it's more work, the rear suspension kit also appears to be better built VS the Trailmaster Hurricane 200X.
The Trailmaster would be much easier out of the box, but I don't care for the engine (when compared to the Tillotson), and have concerns for the overall build integrity again VS the Mega Moto.
Your expert opinion/guidance would be much appreciated.

Are you gonna do a mono shock conversion on this one? The mega moto 80 mono looks awesome!
I know it's a no weld install kit but how much stronger would it be if you later on weld all them mounts to the bike's frame.
That is easy enough to do !
Would that kit fit the new Colman B200R the frame looks the same as the mega motor 212 .same diameter tubing.
My brother has the mega Moto 212 he bought the suspension kit for it we have it together I start we started nosing the chain started getting loose what kind of chain tensioner will work for this

Black66, what mods were done to the Tilly engine on that Bike? We just got one and we will be getting the rear swingarm kit but we need more speed out of the stock 212 hemi. Great videos by the way, best out there!

That turned out nice, looking forward to getting my new Tillotson 212 for my mega moto 212 pro. The Honda set up just doesn't cut it. Are you running the original rear sprocket? It's time to go over 30 MPH on mine.
The Tillotson 212 will work great on this bike. Yes, I went from a 40 rear sprocket to the stock sprocket.

I think, after watching this and knowing how much these cost, I'd just get a different bike that has what i want already or build one. Seems kinda crazy to me anyway. I'd miss my old bike. i like so many different minis to tear one up to make it do something that another one has already saddens me. But also - like everyone says, I have way too may single cylinder bikes here :0) I would think for that kinda dough for that kit they would have included some kind of relocation thing for the exhaust, looks like if you were just a bit heavier you would have torn yours right off or maybe ripped your rear wheel up. I mean, that kit costs nearly half the cost of the roller kit. YIKES!

How how was the rear suspension kit
What header/muffler is that??? The only one ive seen from GPS that works the coleman/MM one, ive been looking for a center exit, please lmk what setup youre using!

So I’m building my kit. I have the swing arm and battery box installed. Did you have any clearance issues with the chain and battery box arm ? Mine is very very close.
This should work on my Coleman B200R right? The frames look identical but my sprocket is on the opposite side. Looks like a great upbgrade!

what engine would you put into the mega moto to achieve 70 + mph. And gear ratio , how many in the front and how many teeth in the rear? also is there an aluminum flywheel or high rpm flywheel that has the ability to charge batteries, and if not how would you light up your bike?
I would use a 236 or a 263 to achieve 70 MPH . I would use the lighting kit in the street legal videos ruclips.net/video/75arrzEwOvc/видео.html without using charging coils. The kit uses lithium ion batteries to power LED lighting which last a long time before a recharge is needed. The gearing would depend on rider weight.
