1: Install all visual studio C++ Packages
2: Run Your Game At OpenGL Mode
3: Make Sure You Are Using CS Steam (Beta) Protocol Build (8684)

Its not work on gs client because hs client is protocol vertion 49

cheats wont work in gsclient you should use protocol 48 (8684) in order to use cheats.
