I need to reset my D7500 to factory settings. I just purchased this beautiful instrument, but I cannot personalize. The original owner sold it to me as is. I sincerely love the NIKON D series and really need some tutoring.
I need some help again: I just bought a semi new D7500 (less than 3k shots) and everything was fine. Now sometimes when I turn it on the screen doesn’t show the main settings and it doesn’t show quickly the picture taken (even when the setting on). All the other options work properly on the screen. I turn it off and on around 4 times and it goes back to normal, but soon it starts showing the same problem. I already updated the firmware and restored the original settings…
Hi there, nice video. I really need some help here: So, I´m new in dslr world, I never used a dslr camera before I have a 2000 euro budget I have 2 choise: -1. Buy D7500, now discount to 1250 euro with 18-140mm f3.5-5.6G kit. If I buy this, I have money to spend on 50mm f1.8g and buy a tripod, bag, memory, and some other stufs. -2. Buy the Nikon D750 Kit + AF-S 24-120 VR for 1899 euro. That means I dont have money for other stufs, just for memory, but no bag, no nothing. So, the 2000 euro question it´s, as a novice beginner, buy the d7500, or the d750? I want to use it: 1. To learn 2. Then make food photos for web and for restaurant photos. 3. Later for wedding and portraits. Wanna make some money. And here its my theory: If I buy D7500 I will have a lot of accessories. Then If I like it and I´m getting pro and need a fullframe, I still can buy a used d750 and use the optics from d7500 (please correct me if I´m wrong) Whats yore opinion? Please help me to make my choise
There is a bit of play in the multi selector of this model. You can feel it by putting two fingers on two opposite points of the ring shaped part of the command and alternatively pressing gently till you start feeling the resistance of the springs. Be aware of that before you buy; it seems to be so by design but I don't like it at all since it gives the camera a flimsy aspect.
Worst camera ever. Never does what I want it to. Flash is either too bright or horribly dark. Contrast, Shadows, Brightness all wrong. I miss my D7100. behaved perfectly on Auto mode.
Thank you, I just bought my D5700 and still trying to figure it out.
Do I need to do anything in settings when I change the lens on this model?

I find it hard to keep on track of flying birds. Whats the best setting to lock onto the bird and track it's flight. Thankyou.
i own the same camera, the focus system is fast but locking a specific point is hard, but d7500 is a good one. u can use afs-c mode
Indeed, it's really bad for birds
Pls help, I want to see the picture that i want to shoot on the monitor without using live view.
You cant do that! It needs to be in live view for it to display on a separate monitor. there are NO work arounds unfortunately

You can't shoot manual if you don't understand basic principals of photography!

Is it a touch screen DSLR and Full frame DSLR?
It is a touch screen and APS-C sensor (crop frame)

Why are you using auto mode with a prosumer camera? Maybe check the picture control or white balance
1 year later..i hope you love the camera
I have both, find the D7500 much better than the D7100!
Haha maybe the d3500 is for you
