    This is BY FAR the best and most comprehensive video on skin healing that I have ever seen. I've done TONS of research on healing eczema during the past several years and recently I have been dealing with a true rage of rosacea on my face, eyes, neck and upper chest. (I can't open my eyes or mouth fully because of the swelling and tightness of my skin.). Rob, you are a true blessing. I am already doing many of the things that you suggest, but you have added so much more in the way of simplifying and putting everything into perspective. So if you have any one of these awful skin conditions, WATCH THIS VIDEO FIRST before spending tons of money on eczema/rosacea creams and other "cures" that have worked for others. Everyone is different, so follow Rob's advice and find out what works for you in the way of physical and mental healing and realize that it is not any overnight fix. May God bless you, Rob. I am more hopeful now. (Today is my 79th birthday and I look at it as the beginning of a new life!)

    This information is gold, my dermatitis on my face is horrible and it has been an issue for 20 years. I eat very healthy and exercise a lot, I also have a histamine intolerance so certain foods cause me to have massive flare us. Dairy is probably the worst food for me and causes insane rashes. I am going to heal this with your help and i appreciate all the information.

    Most people can't afford grass fed meat, pastured chicken, and wild salmon. You need to give them alternatives. Furthermore, my entire diet is locally sourced grass fed red meat and organic vegetables and I'm still taking L's.

      Agreed. As I mentioned in the video this is a blue print and not the law of the land. Make whatever adjustments you need to do in order to make it work for YOU.. Regarding your healing journey, sounds like you're eating clean but have you customized the diet fully? If not, you are missing out. I cover how to do it here ruclips.net/video/RoCOPfGQgf0/видео.html

    HI Rob, I am very grateful for this video. I am in week 5 of the reset diet and since a couple of weeks my flare-ups started. This week my face and neck look even worse. I was getting incredibly dejected by it and I felt very negative. I still do, I mean it's a hot mess, but after seeing this video I am really trying to accept the situation as it is and focus on the proces and the healing. I just hate to think how long I will keep having the flare-ups until I fully heal and how it will make me look. It is so freakin hard to get myself to go outside or even to look at myself. I have decided to take a long power walk when it starts getting dark. I will increase the frequency of the coffee enema's to 2 times a week. I am very underweight so I can't really loose any calories, but I do intermittent fasting and I will implement as many of the techniques you provided in this video. Thank you, Rob!

      @@nataliescott9267 Thank you for you compassion ❤. The flare-ups are more or less over. I still haven't healed completely, but there has been progress. I will keep at it until I have healed. It is much more doable now though, although I do crave to eat some 'normal' food like my mom's home made meals. They are always healthy, meaning no processed ingredients, but it seems I can't even eat that on this super strict diet. Makes me feel a bit hopeless and disappointed for the future 😞.

    Just saw a vid you made 3 years ago about oxalate dumping, so I’m a little confused why you would recommend tumeric?
    Other than that, great vids and info! ✌️😊👍
    I’ve been on the carnivore for 8 months now, felt amazing the first 1,5 month…after that I’ve been dumping since, with skin breakouts, diareaha ect, and mood swings that I actually find worse than going to the toilet +10 times a day.
    Now I’m thinking about getting on a low oxakate diet bringing carbs back into my meals. But I’ll try your advice with daily walks a chance first 🤔😊 and thanks for the bonus! I’ll be looking into that as well🙏

    • @RobStuart
      @RobStuart  2 месяца назад +1

      oxalate dumping can happen. it doesn't mean that it does. Turmeric can help it doesn't mean that it does for all people. What Im trying to do is present clear options, reasons and systems that people can personalize so that they can heal. The process of healing is a super personalized and customized thing. One needs to follow their bodies biomarkers and data to find what works which I talk about in detail here ruclips.net/video/RoCOPfGQgf0/видео.html

    Any tips?
