Anette was an amazing vocalist and I loved her in Nightwish. I loved Tarja also. Floor is only a stand in until a replacement is found. She sings this well, but this will always be Anette's best song.

Missed the show in SF last night and really regretting it right now; would've loved to see Floor. I think she sounds great here. Very cool that Marco recognizes you, he's great with his fans. I played blackjack in the Caribbean with Marco and Emppu last January (and have seen them 6 times, admittedly I'm NOT a big fan of the music though) and amazed at how they still remember my name and whatnot.
Wow, thanks for uploading this great-quality video. I can appreciate better Floor's voice, and I think she's doing it PERFECTLY. I would easily accept her as the new vocalist of Nightwish, even though I know it will hardly happen.

My guess would be that she handles kopf-tone (like an opera singer) parts much better then these who are written for Anette's voice, 'cause those are bit in a lower key and demand different interpretation.
Floor is an opera singer with extremly powerfull voice, and fantastic range, but you can hear shes not comfortable with the songs yet, just give her time. She will pull of the old NW material like a piece of cake.. The songs from Anettes era, might sound abit different i guess.. totaly different voice..

Floor was in there so quick and sudden - it`s a miracle she was even able to integrate. My soul feels like singing now, because I hope Nightwish will be again re-energized. I don`t have any hard feelings for Annete - she did the best she could. I was always wondered why the guys hired here in the first place. She is a good person and a good singer but not Nightwish style. Floor is much more accurate to be in lead singer role in Nightwish.
Floor has been studying opera, and is a soprano, but she can do many types of songs, she is not that extreme opera singer like Tarja who is just an opera singer and thats it... And as Toumas says, because of Tarjas limitations as a singer, thay have got alot of crtic ower the years.. Nomather what kind of song he writes, with Tarja it all sounds the same..

The thing is Floor is too much for Nightwish old songs, even songs written for Tarja's voice. I think she does GREAT. She sings great, we all know that. But how incredibly difficult it must be to fill in for another singer so quickly. All the lyrics, the timing, the breaks, the notes, the feeling. She's not Anette, Anette is not Tarja, Tarja is not Floor. They're all individuals with a unique voice.
I liked Anette, but it wasn´t as good as Tarja. I my opinion is that Anette never didnt sang Tarja´s songs well! I learn to liked new Nightwish, but in my heart I still missed old NW. This tour based mostly on songs by Anette, so It´s natural that even such a great singer than Floor has hard work to fit songs and voice together! But I never wanted Tarja back since she was gone, but it would be great if Nightwish turn back those old days as they were before Anette! NW need a singer like Floor!

If this was like say 1 month later and t's still been lacking, then yes, you can say that Floor lacks power. I'd like to see how you would fare given the same situation having to take over for say... Marco.

Seems that very few appreciate what Anette really gave to Nightwish; instead, everyone else is praising Floor fanatically while denigrating Anette. Floor is nice but never forget what Tarja and Anette did in their day, that must be respected.
Floor is magnificent, but on Annette's songs, she doesn't fit as well as Tarja's. Annette had a weird way of drawing out quirky melodies in the new album.
She sings veeery well!! nevertheless... she gets out of tune from time to time... maybe trying to input her stamp, which probably hasn't been rehearsed... i see that she also lacks air for proyection, tough spot she is in, but she is a very capable singer, i'm certain she'll overcome it with time and practice... :)
