Unreal that parents were not contacted for 48 hours. And to not notify this caring mother. Outrageous!! I heard this mother speak. She was so caring and knew every detail of her daughter. I pray there is legal paths to persue. This group home was wrong. Prayers to Amanda and her family. 🙏🙏💖💖

Thank you! Yes, both her mom and dad are very active and heartbroken. They are on their way back to Milwaukee now.

After 14 days, we were finally able to get Libby entered into NCMEC, this is all unacceptable. If you live in the area, please meet with the family Saturday morning at 9am, for a peaceful march from the Milwaukee PD, Precinct 7 (3626 W. Fond Du Lac Ave
Milwaukee, WI 53216) to the place of the last sighting of Libby. Please remember that Jada Ison also went missing from Lad Lakes Academy in April, under the same circumstances 😢
If you can help the parents (whom both live out of state) in their efforts to continue their search in Milwaukee, please consider donating to their only GoFund me. Tara and I have been working all day, every day, for 12 days with Libby’s entire family, and I am personally vouching for the need for their GoFund Me. I rarely do this, but they truly need a little financial assistance, any amount will help them 🙏

I’m wondering why she was sent out of her home area to go to that place? I’m wondering if there was a situation with an older bf or something along those lines where she could possibly be with them?

Her mother reached out to social services for help with mental health issues and behavioral issues stemming from that. Social services recommended her being placed at Lad Lake Academy. Libby lived 7 1/2 hours away from Milwaukee so knew nobody there. The morning she left, her and another girl got into a spat and staff says Libby gathered her stuff in a trash bag and “left”, they stayed behind with the other girl. There’s a whole lot of the ball being dropped in both of these cases, including waiting two days to reach out to a parent to let them know Libby was missing. Jada’s mom didn’t get a call until the next day. LE has been of no assistance nor has Lad Lakes Academy. After 14 days of me hounding them, Libby was finally entered into NCMEC this morning. They are not considered endangered, yet both need medication for bipolar and sui*idal tendencies as well as self-harm. We have had spottings of Libby with a street worker and other young girls in the area. There’s a ton of info in our FB group, if you’re on FB.
